Blue light radiates from the earth, dissolving into your hearts, please believe that you will receive all the blessings and attainments of the mind. From the mandala of the realm of self-nature, the wisdom dakini with blessings, from the mandala of the empty and clear mind, please empower the fortunate ones, grant the attainments of experience and realization. At the end of the mantra: Citta Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思)! Again, visualize this torma as the actual wisdom dakini, from the Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍) syllable at the navel, yellow light radiates, dissolving into your navels, please believe that you will receive the empowerment, blessings, and attainments of qualities and activities. From the mandala of the realm of self-nature, the wisdom dakini with blessings, from the mandala of great spontaneous bliss, please empower the fortunate one, grant the supreme attainment of non-duality. At the end of the mantra: Sarva Abhiṣiñca Hrīḥ (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思)! Thus, the profound blessing is perfectly accomplished, therefore, regard this wisdom dakini as the yidam deity, do not separate from its special vows, and practice it every year, and make offerings on the tenth day of each month without interruption, it is said that attainment is faster than lightning, in order to practice these, please believe that the forehead is marked with vermilion as a sign of empowerment. After saying this, apply vermilion to the forehead. In order to accomplish all that has been said in accordance with the Dharma, please repeat this. As the main deity is, etc., then briefly offer praise, confess, gather, and make aspirations for auspiciousness according to the common ritual. ༈ Second, according to the inner ritual, perform the empowerment of the practice of the Bhagavati Arya Tara. Preparation: In front of the image of the venerable lady, on a clean seat, place piles of grain on a precious mandala, on top of which place a vase with twenty-five complete implements, filled with fragrant water. In front of the vase adorned with mantras and vajras, place a round offering torma, outer offerings, mandala, etc. Also prepare a vase for bathing, a blue torma, etc. Main practice: Refuge and bodhicitta as before. If you continue to practice from before, then there is no need to perform the exorcism torma beforehand. If it has not been performed before, or if it has been performed but interrupted, then perform the blessing, and establish the boundaries according to the practice method of this ritual.
