The wisdom of the Three Roots, the ocean of victorious ones, and all appearances of gods, nagas, and humans, are gathered into the form of red light and dissolve into the seed syllable at my heart center. Contemplate that by this, appearance and mind are brought under control. Recite: OM VAJRA DAKINI SARVA JÑANA VASHAM KURU HRIH HRIH. OM RATNA DAKINI SARVA DEVA VASHAM KURU HO HO. OM BUDDHA DAKINI SARVA MANUSHYA VASHAM KURU DZA DZA. OM KARMA DAKINI SARVA NAGA VASHAM KURU HUM HUM. Recite each mantra one hundred thousand times. Through meditation and recitation, one will actually see the face of the deity, hear the voice of the deity, experience great bliss, and whatever experiences are appropriate will arise. In all dreams, one will see the signs of bringing samsara and nirvana under control. During session breaks, to quickly accomplish activities, mix sindhura and the essence of strong alcohol, and offer red flowers, reciting: OM AH HUM. The continuous stream of the essence of samsara and nirvana, both stable and moving, the blazing red light of great bliss and attachment, the rain of wisdom light rays like flowers, this offering of the essence of uncontaminated nectar, I offer to the guru, yidam, Padmadakini, and all the hosts of deities of subjugation. May it increase the splendor of the play of bliss and emptiness that follows, and may it quickly grant all the accomplishments of activities. OM AH HUM GURU DEVA PADMA DAKINI SARVA SAMAYA MAHA SUKHA MADANA AMRITA PUJA AH HUM. SARVA KARMA SIDDHI KURU KURU HO. Offer this many times. Purify the general implements of the tsok, especially intoxicants and mind-altering substances, with nectar, reciting: RAM YAM KHAM. In the supreme vessel of great bliss, the kapala, is the essence of emptiness, uncontaminated wisdom nectar, the inconceivable enjoyments of desire that follow, the enchanting arrangements like clouds of a sky treasury, pervading and expanding in all directions and times. With this, I offer to the guru, yidam, and peaceful and wrathful deities, fulfilling the heart commitment of the great bliss Padmadakinis, delighting the ocean of a hundred thousand retinues, purifying all violations, impairments, conceptual obscurations into the dharmata space. Subjugating the three realms, overwhelming the three existences, condensing all the essence of samsara and nirvana into bindus, I pray that you grant supreme and common siddhis. OM AH HUM GURU DEVA PADMA DAKINI SARVA SAMAYA GANACHAKRA MAHA SUKHA PUJA HO. Offer in this way, and also recite the Vajrasattva mantra. Then enjoy the inner tsok.

Sprinkling the remaining nectar drops, Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Hrīṃ Hrīṃ Pheṃ Pheṃ! Obeying the command of the Lotus Dakini, hosts of messengers protecting the outer circle, please accept these remaining desirable qualities, and accomplish all entrusted tasks! Mama Dakini Balimta Khahi! Thus offer. Third, in the subsequent procedure, offering praise precedes the request for accomplishments: Hrīḥ! From the palace of Lotus Empowerment, the assembly of wisdom dakinis, manifest the signs of power, skill, and ability, and bestow supreme and common activities and accomplishments! Oṃ Niḥ Padma Dakini Mandala Kaya Vak Chitta Vasham Manaya Sarva Siddhi Phala Ho! Recite this and place the painted image on the crown of the head. Hold the guru stone inseparable. Eat and wear the pills. Again, offer praise and confess transgressions. A! The purity of the vessel and essence dissolves into oneself. Oneself also remains in the state of clear light. The awareness of the Lotus Dakini manifests as the play of the three secrets. Hrī Hrī Hrī! Thus, gather the deity's appearance and arise as the deity in the session break. Hrīḥ! Through the wisdom illusion of Vajra Yogini, may the essence of the three realms be gathered into bindus and empowered. May the great bliss of peace and coolness, which is unsurpassed, spread throughout all worlds, and may there be auspiciousness! Thus, conclude with dedication, aspiration, and auspicious words. By making the practice workable, the power of activity is as swift as lightning, performing the fire ritual: On the eighth day of any of the four quarters, or at a critical time when dakinis gather, make a red platform in the shape of a crescent moon with soil from a prostitute's bed. Draw it according to the empowerment fire ritual. Stack firewood that is red and sour, such as red sandalwood or yak wood. Also place a red torma. Nearby, arrange all the substances for offering and burning, all of which are red and oily. Then, in the evening, the practitioner, dressed in red clothes, sits in the lotus posture with a mind that follows the tone of awareness and emptiness, which is beyond expression. With the samadhi and recitation of the Lotus Dakini as a preliminary, purify the substances: Raṃ Yaṃ Khaṃ! From the state of emptiness arises great bliss. All aspects of wisdom, the samaya substances for offering and burning, may all activities of empowerment be accomplished! Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Sarva Puja Maha Sukha Visphota Samaya Khaṃ! Recite this and expand it greatly. Oṃ Padma Jnana Jwala Raṃ Raṃ!
