May the white and red minds descend. Mixed with the nectar of the skull cup, place it on your tongue, and contemplate that your bodies are filled with bliss. Ah! Lama Dakini deities, heed me! Please bless me with your speech. Please purify the obscurations of speech. Please grant the accomplishment of the essence of speech, the oral transmission. Root mantra: Vāka abhiṣiñca āḥ (藏文, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Chinese meaning) Nectar is poured. By this, the obscurations of speech are purified, and the secret empowerment is received. The accomplishment of speech is attained. For the wisdom empowerment, place the mirror at your heart. Then, five rays of light radiate from the heart of the Lama. They dissolve into your hearts. A clear and ungrasping bliss arises. Believe that the obscurations of mind are purified. Hūṃ! Lama Dakini deities, heed me! Please bless me with your mind. Please purify the obscurations of mind. Please grant the accomplishment of the unborn vajra. Relax awareness and rest in the natural state of your own mind, without fabrication or elaboration. Thus, let it rest in equanimity. By this, the empowerment of awareness and wisdom is received. The supreme accomplishment is attained. By this, the stage of the maturing empowerment is completed. Then, listen without distraction to the instructions on the secret practice of Jomo. Machig Jomo Tso Gyal is, the secret dakini, the selfless mother. Abandoning samsara in the snowy mountain caves, on a soft cushion in a secluded retreat, relying on a virtuous secret mantra Lama, the one ornament on the crown is the selfless mother. If you wish to see the self and non-duality, dissect me in this way. Seek the self in the outer and inner realms. Examine the outer phenomena in the mind, if the outer phenomena are without self, do names and surnames exist as self? If names and surnames are the self, when names and surnames change, the self does not change. Therefore, names surnames are not the self.

是。這個身體存在我嗎？看看。如果這個身體是我，當這個身體被焚燒時，我不會被燒毀。外面的身體不是我。那麼心是我嗎？如果這個心是一個我，現在它在哪裡？最初從哪裡來？之後它去哪裡？看看它的形狀和顏色。在任何地方都沒有成立。心是空性的，沒有生滅。因此，心中沒有我和我所。在其他地方也沒有存在，像這樣看的人不是我。如果自性是不可言說的，因為執著於無我，一切眾生都會迷惑和痛苦。八萬四千種煩惱，也從根本的我執中產生。如果證悟了無我自明，佛陀的菩提和安樂就會增長。八萬四千種法門，也匯集到無我的盡頭。因此，母親是無我的母親。母親是無生的意思，母是無滅的意思。無我超越了生滅二者。如果這樣證悟，就是見。自明無我的顯現，不散亂地持續修持，就是修。不超越它，就是誓言。不作意是遣除障礙。同樣地，實踐就是行。那個意義的顯現就是果。那是所有乘的頂峰，是涅槃的唯一莊嚴。無我完全解脫，非常奇妙。無我獲得自在，是法身。就像晴朗的虛空中，太陽的光芒出現一樣，色身二種自然產生，成辦廣大的利生事業。像這樣的珍寶，對於低劣的智慧者來說是秘密的意義。有緣者修持這個，被稱為秘密修持，只是假立的名稱而已。因此，像這樣理解秘密修持。吉祥引導者，你是有緣者嗎？頂上的唯一莊嚴瑜伽母，願你證悟無我的意義！ 瑜伽母秘密修持真實意義的第四品。 如是所說，如前行外修的修心，正行內修本尊瑜伽，念誦真言瑜伽，特別是秘密修持甚深意義的引導，如法修持。 藉此，成熟解脫一次圓滿地成就。 如此獲得灌頂者，從今以後如法守護誓言非常重要，因此請諦聽。 上師的誓言，無論說什麼都要成辦。 本尊的誓言，努力修持。

It is. Does this body exist as self? Look. If this body were the self, when this body is burned, the self would not be burned. The outer body is not the self. Then, is the mind the self? If this mind were a single self, where is it now? Where did it come from initially? Where does it go afterwards? Look at its shape and color. In no place is it established. The mind is empty, without arising or ceasing. Therefore, there is no I or mine in the mind. It does not exist elsewhere either, and the one who sees in this way is not the self. If the nature is beyond expression, because of clinging to no-self, all sentient beings are confused and suffer. Even the eighty-four thousand afflictions arise from the root of clinging to self. If one realizes this self-knowing no-self, the Buddha's enlightenment and happiness will increase. Even the eighty-four thousand Dharma doors converge on leading to the exhaustion of no-self. Therefore, the mother is the mother of no-self. Mother means unborn, and 'mo' means unceasing. No-self transcends both arising and ceasing. If one realizes in this way, it is the view. The clear appearance of self-knowing no-self, continuously meditating without distraction, is meditation. Not transgressing it is the samaya. Not thinking about it is dispelling obstacles. Similarly, practicing is conduct. The manifestation of that meaning is the result. That is the crown of all vehicles, the sole adornment of nirvana. No-self is complete liberation, very wondrous. No-self obtaining power is the Dharmakaya. Just as in the clear sky, the sun's rays appear, the two form bodies arise naturally, accomplishing vast benefit for beings. This kind of precious thing is a secret meaning for those of inferior intelligence. Those with fortune practice this, and it is called secret practice, merely a fabricated name. Therefore, understand secret practice in this way. Auspicious guide, are you fortunate? The sole adornment on the crown, yogini, may you realize the meaning of no-self! The fourth chapter, the true meaning of the secret practice of the Jomo. As it is said, like the mind training of the preliminary outer practice, the main practice of the deity yoga of inner practice, the mantra yoga of recitation, especially the guidance on the profound meaning of secret practice, practice according to the method. By this, maturation and liberation are perfectly accomplished in one completion. Having received empowerment in this way, it is very important to protect the samaya properly from now on, so please listen to this. Accomplish whatever the guru's samaya says. Strive to accomplish the yidam's samaya.
