To meditate as an antidote to not attaining the Buddha-field, namely, the outer world is primordially pure as the Buddha-field, and all sentient beings residing therein are determined to be of the nature of Vajravarahi and meditated upon. The body's purity is shown as the palace of the gods, as it says: "One's own body, a cubit in square, is the nature of the five elements, a fire mountain, a charnel ground, a wish-fulfilling tree, a spontaneously arisen wisdom palace." Therefore, clinging to one's own body as clean and unclean, wide and narrow, is to meditate as an antidote to not realizing the palace, that is, to determine the body, the aggregation of the five elements, the nature of the five mothers, as a spontaneously accomplished palace, and to meditate upon it. The mind's purity is shown as meditating on the form of Vajravarahi, as it says: "One's own mind, pure, is the form of a sow, one face, two arms, body black in color, a curved knife in the right hand, a skull cup in the left, a khatvanga resting against the heart, adorned with charnel ground ornaments, red-black hair piled like clouds, a crown of five skulls on the head, a sow's face on the crown of the head gazing into the sky, on a seat of a mindless corpse, with a posture of stretching and contracting, majestic, in the form of a wrathful mother subduing samsara." Therefore, although the phenomena of samsara are not established from the beginning, one is deluded into samsara by clinging to "I" and "mine," and one meditates as an antidote to this. Since one's own mind is primordially pure as the Varahi of the ultimate nature of reality, one should only clarify what is as what it is, without fabricating or creating it separately, and meditate upon it with certainty. Since the spontaneously arisen deity from the beginning is the embodiment of all Buddhas, it is established from the beginning as inseparable from the samaya and wisdom, so there is no need to invite and merge the wisdom being, etc. As it says in the "Marvelous King Sutra": "In the spontaneously co-emergent, equal mandala, since one knows what is and meditates, there is no need here for invitation, departure, or offering with a mind of differentiation." Second, the method of how to meditate after knowing the key points: On a comfortable cushion, sit with the body's key points straight and upright, preceded by refuge, bodhicitta, and guru yoga. From within emptiness, the pure realm is the pure land of the Buddhas, one's own body is pure in the center of the protective circle, in the center of the dharmodaya, red and black, blazing, surrounded by the eight great charnel grounds, on a lotus, sun, and corpse seat, the nature of mind is pure as the Bhagavati Vajravarahi.

Instantly visualize yourself as the wrathful mother. Once clear, rest your mind briefly on that continuity, then interrupt it. Meditate again with clarity, repeatedly practicing holding the mind as before. If it's not clear, place a beautiful thangka in the light of a mirror and gaze intently at the thangka itself, without letting your mind wander elsewhere, for a long time. Then, let that image appear in your mind and briefly meditate on yourself becoming like that. Alternate between looking and meditating in this way. If it's clear, interrupt the continuity of clarity. If it's not clear, interrupt the continuity of non-clarity and repeatedly visualize with clarity. Occasionally, loosen your awareness and rest. When sleeping or ending a session, dissolve the entire mandala, including the outer world and its inhabitants, into light and absorb it into yourself. Rest yourself as the deity's body, empty in nature, or rest your mind in a state of non-objectification. When waking up or rising from a session, arise as the body of the venerable mother and dedicate the merit. In short, by practicing the general and specific aspects of the deity's form, when a clear appearance arises, focus single-mindedly on the deity's form as clear, bright, and without impurity, like a rainbow in the sky or a reflection in a mirror. At times, combine the symbolic meaning with pure recollection: because the nature of reality is unchanging, the body is black; because the nature of conventional reality is completely pure, the face is wrathful; because ultimate reality is non-conceptual, the pig's face points upward; because emptiness cuts through conceptual thoughts, the curved knife; drinking blood from a skull cup with an attitude of compassion; the khatvanga staff, combining body, speech, and mind, purifying the three poisons; the charnel ground ornaments, purifying afflictions in their place; the red-black hair, leading beings to the unsurpassed state of liberation through compassion; the crown of five dry skulls, perfecting the five aggregates and five wisdoms; the lotus and sun seat, the union of skillful means and wisdom, non-conceptual; the half-lotus posture with the left leg extended, a dance posture, continuously experiencing bliss through skillful means and wisdom, accomplishing the benefit of beings; the wrathful form, subduing samsara; dwelling in the midst of blazing flames, burning the armies of demons with the fire of wisdom. In the end, upon establishing firm devotion to each of these aspects, all faults are exhausted, all qualities are perfected, and generate the pride of thinking, "I am Vajravarahi, the Victorious Mother." At times, combine with gentle breath control and rest in non-conceptuality. Thus
