祈请证得无死本具之智慧身，如是誓言智慧无二成就之本尊身大手印，先行供赞祈请，并以身之要点，排除浊气。自身观为空性，远离障碍之红莲心，八瓣稍开，于其莲蕊中，于日月嘎乌盒交合之中央，观想白色藏文“ཏྲང་” （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）字如灯般燃烧，如心融入般专注。由此发出无量光芒，充满身体内部，净化疾病、邪魔、罪障、非时之死及其习气，从毛孔中排出。迎请不清净之四大精华与清净之四母智慧无别，化为四色光芒充满虚空，融入自身，使血肉体温气息之界中，寿命衰减者得以恢复，存在者得以增长，增长者得以稳固且具能力，思维转为无坏金刚身，其光辉如百万太阳般照耀，遍布世间，并于本尊之明观中，一心专注。最终以七次或二十一次合口之宝瓶气使之稳固，此乃共同之长寿修法。二、依于咒语瑜伽而修持大乐之语，于心间之种子字周围，观想咒鬘环绕，放射白色光芒，专注其上。由此放光，充满身体内部，如于暗室中点燃明灯般，使本具之脉、气、明点坛城得以显现。特别是使三脉四轮更加明亮，于眉间之中央脉中，观想白色明点，于脐下观想红色明点如豆般大小，明观其为空乐之体性，并专注之，念诵咒语：嗡 藏 杜 扎 扎 玛 玛 阿 瑜 瑟 吽 尼 扎 萨 瓦 悉 地 帕 拉 吽。心中念诵此咒，从明点与咒鬘中放光，迎请不净三界众生之寿命、福德、财富、禅定、能力等一切，以及清净诸佛菩萨之智悲力等一切智慧，化为无死甘露，融入二明点中。从此二者流出白色甘露

Requesting the realization of the immortal, innate wisdom body. Thus, the deity body, the great mudra, which accomplishes the inseparability of samaya and wisdom, is preceded by offerings, praises, and prayers. With the essential points of the body, expel impure air. Visualize your own body as vast emptiness, a red lotus heart free from obscurations and hindrances, with eight petals slightly open. In the center of the lotus pistil, in the union of the sun and moon amulets, visualize the white Tibetan letter "ཏྲང་" (Tibetan, Devanagari, IAST, Literal Meaning) blazing like a lamp, focusing intently as if your mind is absorbed into it. From this, immeasurable rays of light emanate, filling the entire body. Diseases, evil spirits, sins, defilements, and untimely death, along with their imprints, are purified and expelled through the pores of the skin. Invite the essence of the impure four elements and the indivisible wisdom of the pure four mothers, appearing as four-colored rays of light filling the sky. As they dissolve into your body, the diminished lifespan from the elements of flesh, blood, warmth, and breath is restored. What exists is increased. What is increased becomes stable and endowed with power, transforming into an indestructible vajra body. Its radiance blazes like the light of a hundred thousand suns, pervading the entire world. Contemplate this and hold the mind single-pointedly on the clear appearance of the deity. Finally, stabilize it with seven or twenty-one repetitions of kumbhaka breath. This is the common practice of longevity. Second, relying on mantra yoga to accomplish the speech of great bliss: focus your mind on the seed syllable at the heart, surrounded by a garland of mantras, radiating white light. From this, light emanates, filling the body. Like raising a lamp in a dark room, the mandala of channels, energies, and bindus, which are inherently accomplished, becomes clear. In particular, the three channels and four chakras become especially clear. In the central channel at the eyebrow center, visualize a white bindu, and below the navel, visualize a red, clear bindu the size of a bean, clear in its essence of bliss and emptiness. Focus on this and recite the mantra: Om Trang Du Tri Na Trang Du Dza Dza Mama Ayur Tshe Bhrum Nri Dza Sarva Siddhi Pala Hum. As you recite this mantra in your mind, light radiates from the bindu and mantra garland. Invite all the life force, merit, wealth, samadhi, abilities, and power of the beings of the impure three realms, and all the wisdom of the pure buddhas and bodhisattvas, including their knowledge, compassion, and power, in the form of immortal nectar.
