Adorned with five dry skulls as a headdress, a garland of fifty-one fresh, bleeding skulls hanging as a necklace, the upper body covered with elephant skin, a tiger skin cliff tied around the waist, wearing a wet tiger skin lower garment, adorned with snakes and various unsightly ornaments. In his lap is the consort Vajra Tummo, dark greenish-black in color, with the appearance of a wrathful mother, holding a curved knife and a skull cup filled with blood, embracing the father, adorned with a garland of dry and wet skulls, leopard skin, and bone ornaments. Both are dwelling in the midst of blazing flames of wisdom. At the heart of the father is the wisdom being, dark blue in color, complete in form, holding a vajra and making the threatening gesture, at his heart is the syllable Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), surrounded by a mantra garland rotating to the right. From the two of them, light radiates, gathering all the essence of phenomenal existence, samsara, and nirvana.
