观视一切境，入于心内作颤动，观想显现心识收摄融入自性中，光芒回聚莲花阿（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿）字为标识，总集之下加持此咒诵一百万遍。萨尔瓦 洛嘎 瓦香 咕噜 耶 梭哈（藏文：སརྦ་ལོ་ཀ་ཝཱ་ཤཾ་ཀུ་རུ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ，梵文天城体：सर्वलोकवशं कुरु ये स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：sarva loka vaśaṃ kuru ye svāhā，汉语字面意思：一切世间自在作 耶 梭哈）。阿 尼日 智 卓 卓 赫利 赫利 哲达 匝 吽 班 霍（藏文：ཨ་ནྲྀ་ཏྲི་ཆོལ་ཆོལ་ཧྲཱིཾ་ཧྲཱིཾ་ཙིཏྟ་ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོ，梵文天城体：अनृ त्रि चोल चोल ह्रीं ह्रीं चित्त जः हूँ बं हो，梵文罗马拟音：anṛ tri cola cola hrīṃ hrīṃ citta jaḥ hūṃ baṃ ho，汉语字面意思：阿 尼日 智 卓 卓 赫利 赫利 哲达 匝 吽 班 霍）。如是念诵，成就怀业之事业。之后，诸佛心间有绿色的种子字，咒鬘围绕发出绿色的光芒，观想我等眷属之怨敌与魔障，僵硬、愚昧、昏厥、恐惧皆焚毁成灰烬。光芒回聚，十字交杵哈（藏文：ཧཱཿ，梵文天城体：हाः，梵文罗马拟音：hāḥ，汉语字面意思：哈）字为标识，总集之下加持此咒诵一百万遍。萨尔瓦 夏章 杜香 札 札那 匝钦达 玛拉雅 啪（藏文：སརྦ་ཤ་ཏྲཱཾ་དུཥྚཱཾ་པྲཱ་ཎ་ཙྪིནྡ་མཱ་ར་ཡ་ཕཊ，梵文天城体：सर्वशत्रूं दुष्टां प्राण च्छिन्द मारय फट，梵文罗马拟音：sarva śatrūṃ duṣṭāṃ prāṇa cchinda māraya phaṭ，汉语字面意思：一切怨敌 恶者 命 断 杀 啪）。此乃猛厉事业之成就。于收座之时，如此念诵观修相结合，自身为秘密主父与母，以光芒，将外器内情光融收摄于防护轮中，融入防护轮，防护轮光融于宫殿之房屋中，其自身融入光中，坛城诸佛融入其中，坛城诸佛连同坐垫融入光中，主尊父母二者融入无二，母尊光融融入父尊中，父尊光融融入心间的吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字中，吽字从下往上融化成明点，明点消融于无生法界中，于等持后得位，无散乱守护本性，无执着、无造作、离戏的大圆满，本来自生、自然圆满、安住于自性中。之后，如是行持日常瑜伽，生起次第之身永不分离，念诵咒语不间断。一切显现皆取为道用，外器为宫殿，内情为忿怒尊之身，声音为咒语，不从秘密法界中动摇，如法守护金刚乘之誓言。此乃降伏一切傲慢之凶猛尊，名为外修降伏魔军，此乃汇集观修精要之锁钥，甚深也。萨玛雅 嘉嘉 匝 听（藏文：ས་མ་ཡ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ་བརྡ་ཐིམ，梵文天城体：समय गय गय बद्ध तिम，梵文罗马拟音：samaya gaya gaya baddha tima，汉语字面意思：誓言 嘉嘉 印 听）。我等伏藏师 游戏金刚，从吉绒多吉仲普请出，第一张纸卷是海生金刚亲笔书写之原本，为了利益具缘弟子而取出，并非为了无缘怀疑者而取出，请各自领纳。

Having entered into the heart of all that is seen, make it tremble and flutter. Visualize that appearance and mind are gathered and absorbed into oneself. The rays of light converge, marked by the lotus A (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: A). Add this to the general collection and recite it a million times. Sarva Loka Vasham Kuru Ye Svaha (Tibetan: སརྦ་ལོ་ཀ་ཝཱ་ཤཾ་ཀུ་རུ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ, Sanskrit Devanagari: सर्वलोकवशं कुरु ये स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: sarva loka vaśaṃ kuru ye svāhā, Chinese literal meaning: All Worlds Subjugate Make Ye Svaha). A Nri Tri Chol Chol Hrim Hrim Citta Jah Hum Bam Hoh (Tibetan: ཨ་ནྲྀ་ཏྲི་ཆོལ་ཆོལ་ཧྲཱིཾ་ཧྲཱིཾ་ཙིཏྟ་ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अनृ त्रि चोल चोल ह्रीं ह्रीं चित्त जः हूँ बं हो, Sanskrit Romanization: anṛ tri cola cola hrīṃ hrīṃ citta jaḥ hūṃ baṃ ho, Chinese literal meaning: A Nri Tri Chol Chol Hrim Hrim Citta Jah Hum Bam Hoh). By reciting this, the activity of subjugation is accomplished. Then, at the hearts of the deities, there is a green seed syllable. From the garland of green mantras surrounding it, green light radiates. Visualize that harm, enemies, and obstacles to us and our retinue, stiffness, ignorance, fainting, and fear are destroyed and reduced to ashes. The rays of light gather again, marked by the crossed vajra HA (Tibetan: ཧཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हाः, Sanskrit Romanization: hāḥ, Chinese literal meaning: HA). Add the mantra to the general collection and recite it a million times. Sarva Shatrum Dushtam Prana Chchinda Maraya Phat (Tibetan: སརྦ་ཤ་ཏྲཱཾ་དུཥྚཱཾ་པྲཱ་ཎ་ཙྪིནྡ་མཱ་ར་ཡ་ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari: सर्वशत्रूं दुष्टां प्राण च्छिन्द मारय फट, Sanskrit Romanization: sarva śatrūṃ duṣṭāṃ prāṇa cchinda māraya phaṭ, Chinese literal meaning: All Enemies Wicked Life Cut Kill Phat). This is the accomplishment of wrathful activity. At the time of concluding the session, combine recitation and meditation in this way. Oneself as the Father and Mother Secret Lord, with rays of light, dissolve the outer and inner world into light, gathering them into the protective circle. Dissolve into the protective circle, the protective circle dissolves into the house of the celestial palace, and that itself dissolves into light. The deities of the mandala dissolve into it. The deities of the mandala, together with their seats, dissolve into light. The main Father and Mother dissolve into non-duality. The Mother dissolves into light and dissolves into the Father. The Father dissolves into light and dissolves into the Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) at the heart. The Hum syllable dissolves upwards from below into a bindu. The bindu vanishes into the unborn realm. In the post-meditation state, maintain the unwavering natural state. The Great Perfection, without grasping, uncorrected, free from elaboration, is naturally arisen, spontaneously perfect, and abides in itself from the beginning. Then, practice the continuous yoga in this way. The body of the generation stage is never separate, and the recitation of mantra should not be interrupted. Take everything that appears as the path. The outer world is the celestial palace, the inner world is the body of the wrathful deities. The sound is mantra, do not waver from the secret realm. Protect the vows of the Vajrayana properly. This is the fierce one who subdues all arrogance, called the outer practice of subduing the demon armies. This is the key that gathers the essence of meditation, it is profound. Samaya Gya Gya Ta Tim (Tibetan: ས་མ་ཡ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ་བརྡ་ཐིམ, Sanskrit Devanagari: समय गय गय बद्ध तिम, Sanskrit Romanization: samaya gaya gaya baddha tima, Chinese literal meaning: Samaya Gya Gya Seal Tim). I, the treasure revealer Rolpai Dorje, invited it from Kerong Dorje Chongphuk. The first scroll is a copy from the original handwriting of Tsogyal. It is revealed for the benefit of fortunate disciples, not for the sake of the unfortunate doubters, so please accept it individually.
