Perform the activities of retreat, contemplate filling six tents. At the end of the practice mantra, recite: Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ༔), Hūṃ Vajra Kā Vā Ci Rakṣa Rakṣa (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་ཀཱ་ཝཱ་ཙི་རཀྵ་རཀྵ༔, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूं वज्र का वा चि रक्ष रक्ष, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ vajra kā vā ci rakṣa rakṣa, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hūṃ Vajra Kā Vā Ci Protect Protect), combine and recite like this. Second, the reversal contemplation: The great glorious assembly of deities and retinue, generate fierce and terrifying majesty, the sound of the mantra appearing outside, roaring like a thousand dragons, from the body and face emit weapons of curse, armies of disease weapons, poisonous gas, and messengers, scattered like stars and falling like hail, the black side of the spirit host, the flames of the heretical mantra curse, unfavorable results, drought omens, all involuntarily reversed, descending upon enemies and obstacles, like a haystack being burned by flames, contemplate being completely destroyed without residue. At the end of the practice mantra and the fierce mantra combined with the phurba, recite: Curse Sarva Apa Kara Bhyo Bhyo Zlok Zlok Pad Nan (Tibetan: རྦོད་ཟོར་སརྦ་ཨ་པ་ཀ་ར་བྷྱོ་བྷྱོ་ཟློག་ཟློག་རྦད་ནན༔), recite fiercely like water flowing from the cracks of rocks. Third, the general killing contemplation: The light from one's own heart strikes the visualized deity in front. From that, hot and rough rays of light radiate, striking the ten wrathful deities, flower mothers, and Dharma protectors, and from them emanate countless messengers. For all the enemies and obstacles that obstruct the attainment of enlightenment and harm the teachings and beings, contemplate destroying them into dust without even a name through the six activities of fierce action. Before the Hūṃ Phaṭ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ) that combines the practice mantra and the phurba, add "enemies, obstacles, demons, and Māra," and recite as much as possible. Also, blow on the offering substances to increase their power. At the end, recite the vowels, consonants, dependent origination mantra, heart mantra, and hundred-syllable mantra three times each as a preliminary. Briefly perform the hundred-syllable mantra offering and praise. Recite the general protectors of the Kagyü and terma lineages, and especially the supplication to the phurba protectors, either extensively or briefly as appropriate. After blessing the tsok offering, begin the offering, combine with the Victory over Māra activity, and after confession, if you do not perform the extensive torma reversal of the lower activities, but only perform the general pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and wrathful activities, then complete the killing and subjugation according to the ritual. Accompanied by music and song: Hūṃ, in order to subdue the phenomenal world with the phurba, fulfill the samaya of Vajrakumara. In order to increase the three realms of samsara, fulfill the samaya of increasing the wheel. Cut off the ten non-virtuous actions.

此后，为了息悦十位忿怒尊父的心意，为了接受十种善行；息悦十位忿怒母的心意，为了向十方散布化身；息悦二十种降伏法，为了降伏恶毒的敌魔；二十一位殊胜子的心意，为了成办息增怀诛事业；四种事业的心意，为了降伏上师的身敌；四位雪那兄弟的心意，为了降伏教法的共同之敌；四位热帝兄弟的心意，为了降伏瑜伽士的私敌；四位黑女的心意，为了迅速猛烈地成办事业；三位黑铁海螺的心意，为了勾招、牵引、束缚、禁锢、迷醉；四位门母的心意，为了调伏三类鲁扎；十八位大金刚的心意，为了向十方降下军队；七母四姊的心意，为了成办事业的海洋；供养二十八自在天的心意。如是等，此外，供养啊！以劫来供养，息悦本誓；息悦坛城本尊众；以甘露药供养，息悦本誓；以巴林朵玛供养，息悦本誓；以红血供养，息悦本誓；以食物会供供养，息悦本誓；以坛城面供养，息悦本誓；以新谷供养，息悦本誓；以纯净酥油灯供养，息悦本誓；以寿命气息光彩供养，息悦本誓；以大熏香供养，息悦本誓； 以乐器声音供养，息悦本誓；供养已，祈赐予加持和成就！祈赐予所借的猛烈誓言！此后，上师弟子等为了回遮而拍手。如是供养息悦后，如此作回遮的事业。为了瑜伽士我等眷属，将上方的魔祟回遮！将下方的厉鬼兴起回遮！将近处的游魂回遮！将地方的往来侵扰回遮！将父系的背叛鬼回遮！将母子的作祟鬼回遮！将阎罗的幻轮回遮！将母妖的血刃回遮！将魔的欺骗回遮！将赞神的钉橛回遮！将地祗的作祟回遮！将国王的疯狂附体回遮！将星曜的金刚回遮！将外道的恶咒回遮！将土地神、厉鬼、盗贼回遮！将疾病、瘟疫回遮！将咒师的橛回遮！将苯教的苯器回遮！将松巴的牛回遮！

Then, in order to please the minds of the ten wrathful father lords, in order to accept the ten virtues; in order to please the minds of the ten wrathful mothers, in order to spread emanations in the ten directions; in order to please the twenty methods of subjugation, in order to subdue the malicious enemies and obstructors; in order to please the minds of the twenty-one supreme sons, in order to accomplish the activities of pacifying, increasing, empowering, and wrathful; in order to please the minds of the four activities, in order to subdue the enemy of the teacher's body; in order to please the minds of the four Shwana brothers, in order to subdue the common enemy of the teachings; in order to please the minds of the four Reti brothers, in order to subdue the personal enemy of the yogi; in order to please the minds of the four Bemo sisters, in order to accomplish the swift and fierce activities; in order to please the minds of the three Bese iron conches, in order to summon, attract, bind, imprison, and intoxicate; in order to please the minds of the four gatekeepers, in order to tame the three classes of Rudras; in order to please the minds of the eighteen great Ging, in order to send down armies in the ten directions; in order to please the minds of the seven mothers and four sisters, in order to accomplish the ocean of activities; fulfill the vows of the twenty-eight powerful ones. Thus and also, offer! Fulfill the vows with kalpas; fulfill the vows of the mandala deity assembly; offer nectar medicine, fulfill the vows; offer balim torma, fulfill the vows; offer red rakta, fulfill the vows; offer a feast of food, fulfill the vows; offer the face of the mandala, fulfill the vows; offer the essence of zagad, fulfill the vows; offer pure butter lamps, fulfill the vows; offer life, breath, and radiance, fulfill the vows; offer great incense, fulfill the vows; Offer music and sound, fulfill the vows; having offered, grant blessings and accomplishments! Grant the borrowed fierce vows! Then, the master and disciples clap their hands to turn back the circle. Having offered and pleased in this way, perform the activity of turning back in this way. For the yogi, myself and retinue, turn back the upper demon's incitement! Turn back the lower rising of the sri! Turn back the nearby wandering ghost! Turn back the local comings and goings! Turn back the paternal betraying ghost! Turn back the maternal and child's haunting ghost! Turn back the wheel of Yama! Turn back the blood razor of the Mamo! Turn back the deception of the demon! Turn back the nail of the Tsen! Turn back the harm of the earth lord! Turn back the madness possession of the king! Turn back the Vajra of the planets! Turn back the evil mantra of the heretics!
