拉拉亚！ 念诵具有猛咒回遮的咒语，以威猛的姿态抛掷。如果想要广说，也可以将六个替身朵玛分开。然后举起大替身朵玛，吽 班觉 班觉！ 祈请诸佛垂念！ 祈请本尊神垂听！ 血饮金刚童子的众神！ 不要忘记誓言和承诺！ 摧毁佛法的仇敌和制造障碍的魔众的，救护之神和护法，以及首领仇敌的家眷，以及帮助他们的所有鬼神，用智慧之火的武器折磨，用明咒诅咒连根拔起，七代血脉也彻底断绝，让他们连名字和记号都不存在！ 嗡 班匝 枳里 枳拉亚 吽 吽 吽！ 并以猛咒合一结尾： 邪魔 扎玛拉亚 啪 囊！ 卡拉 匝玛里 啪 囊！ 惹匝 杜林 夏 啪 囊！ 希 希 杜 杜 啪 囊！ 擦巴 擦巴 啪 囊！ 仲 仲 班觉 啪 囊！ 穆 穆 啪 囊！ 德 德 啪 囊！ 擦 擦 啪 囊！ 这样一边念诵猛咒一边抛掷，观想仇敌的身体粉碎成灰尘，意识像熄灭的蜡烛一样消失，住所家园受用荡然无存，并伴随着诅咒拍手和跺脚。第六，断除替身朵玛的后事： 为了断除外来的侵扰，观想凶猛的金翅鸟面向外看。念诵：嗡 仲 嘎汝达 匝列 匝列 吽 啪！ 按照仪轨，用保护轮封锁边界后，金刚上师用脚后跟踩住，然后返回，让坚牢地神守护修法室的门口。观想将朵玛盆的凹陷处召集并镇压邪魔恶鬼。按照仪轨，进行马舞和简短的吉祥祈愿。如果想要在抛掷的前后，根据情况进行镇压，那么就要按照仪轨的次第详细了解。第三，根本之后的仪轨是： 返回室内，在修法咒语的结尾加上 班匝 嘉纳 阿玉色 梭哈！ 稍微念诵后，摇动箭幡： 嗡！ 首先发起菩提心，然后忆念，中间显现成就的征兆，最后持明者我们，一心修持不要浪费，增长身语意的光辉，显示功德事业神变，使使者化身充满世界，成为容器的精华和营养的威严，以及轮回涅槃的一切。ེ་སྡུས་ལ༔瑜伽士请进入我的身体！三门融入明点之界，恢复衰损的命力和寿命，赐予寿命和智慧的成就！如是作勾召寿命，并获得事业仪轨的成就。供养护法神的朵玛，以及后续仪轨。此前，对供奉于虚空中智慧轮坛城之诸神，作供赞、忏悔，以及祈请住世、自生本尊的收摄回遮，以及回向善愿、吉祥祈愿等，按照事业仪轨广为行之。如是精进故， 息灭暂时和究竟菩提之违缘，内外一切灾难，无有阻碍，圆满金刚道次第，现证饮血大吉祥事业游舞之无尽秘密庄严轮之果位，是为决定。大吉祥金刚橛，忿怒尊之王，大威力降伏恶毒之童子，此朵玛回遮金刚雷霆法，愿摧毁所有教敌！若于此有因无明障蔽而犯错，于上师金刚萨埵前忏悔。此善妙功德如珍宝须弥山，我等将之回向于教法和众生。祈愿从三根本慈悲加持之云中，降下二种成就之珍宝雨，以普巴金刚四种事业之意，于一瞬间救度三有轮回之城！如是名为口耳传承普巴金刚心滴之朵玛回遮金刚雷霆降伏一切敌魔，此乃应娘阿吉绒之持律上师白玛仁增之再三恳请，并与自所编纂之事业仪轨相结合，又蒙第七世衮钦吉仲仁波切扎西贝久之谕示，书写为善，以及上师本人于文字等助缘方面亦多有恩泽，故由蒋扬洛哲嘉措或名事业成就自在者，于宗萨扎西拉孜佛学院土鼠年（1948年）六月之吉日汇集而成，愿以此令珍贵的佛教及其僧团兴盛，并摧毁一切黑方魔军！萨尔瓦达芒嘎拉姆！ 口耳传承普巴金刚心滴之朵玛回遮事

Then raise the great torma and say: Hūṃ bhyo bhyo! Please remember, Buddhas! Please listen, Yidam deities! Assembly of Blood-Drinking Vajra Youth! Do not forget your vows and promises! Enemies who destroy the Dharma and obstructors of obstacles, gods and protectors who protect, and the lineage of the chief enemy, and all the spirits who help them, torment them with the weapon of the fire of wisdom, and uproot them with the curse of the vidyā mantra. May the seven generations of lineage also be completely cut off, and may they not even have names or signs! Oṃ Vajra Kīlī Kīlaya Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ! And finally, combine the fierce mantras: Demon Pramāraya Phat Nan! Khala Zamali Phat Nan! Raca Duling Shak Phat Nan! Shik Shik Dul Dul Phat Nan! Tsalpa Tsalpa Phat Nan! Khrong Khrong Bhyo Phat Nan! Mugs Mugs Phat Nan! Tir Tir Phat Nan! Tsal Tsal Phat Nan! While reciting the fierce mantra, imagine that the enemy's body is shattered into dust, the consciousness disappears like a extinguished candle, and the residence, home, and possessions are completely lost, and clap your hands and stomp your feet with curses. Sixth, cutting off the aftermath of the torma: In order to cut off external disturbances, visualize the fierce Garuda looking outwards. Recite: Oṃ Khrong Garuṭa Tsale Tsale Hūṃ Phat! According to the ritual, after sealing the boundary with a protective circle, the Vajra Master steps on it with his heel and then returns, letting the steadfast goddess protect the door of the practice room. Visualize summoning and suppressing the evil spirits and demons in the hollow of the torma bowl. According to the ritual, perform the horse dance and a brief auspicious prayer. If you want to suppress before and after throwing, according to the situation, then you should know the detailed order of the ritual. Third, the ritual after the root is: Return to the room and add Vajra Jñāna Āyuṣe Svāhā! to the end of the practice mantra. After reciting it slightly, wave the arrow banner: Oṃ! First generate bodhicitta, then remember, in the middle, show the signs of accomplishment, and finally, we vidyādharas, practice single-mindedly without wasting, increase the splendor of body, speech, and mind, show the merits of activities and miraculous powers, fill the world with messengers and incarnations, become the essence of the vessel and the majesty of nutrition, and all of saṃsāra and nirvāṇa.

E du lé! Yogis, enter my body! Merge the three doors into the sphere of bindus, restore the diminished life force and longevity, and grant the accomplishment of life and wisdom! Thus, perform the summoning of life and obtain the accomplishment of the activity manual. Offer the torma to the Dharma protectors, along with the subsequent rituals. Previously, offer praises, confessions, and requests for permanence to the deities of the wisdom wheel mandala raised in the sky, as well as the self-generation of the deity's retraction and dispersion, and the dedication of merit and auspicious prayers, etc., extensively according to the activity manual. By striving in this way, May all obstacles, both internal and external, to the attainment of temporary and ultimate enlightenment be pacified. May the Vajra path be completed without hindrance, and may the state of the inexhaustible secret adornment wheel of the play of the activity of the great glorious Heruka be realized, certainly. Great glorious Vajrakila, king of wrathful demons, great power, the ultimate destroyer of evil, Kumaraja, may this torma-repelling Vajra thunderbolt wheel utterly destroy all enemies of the teachings! If there are errors due to obscuration by ignorance in this, I confess before the Guru Vajrasattva. May this virtuous deed, like a precious Mount Meru, be dedicated entirely to the teachings and beings. From the clouds of compassion and blessings of the three roots, may a rain of jewels of the two siddhis fall, and by the intention of the four activities of Vajrakila, may the city of the three realms be liberated in a single moment! This is called the Torma Repelling Vajra Thunderbolt that Destroys All Enemies and Obstructors, the Heart Drop of the Oral Transmission of Vajrakila. This was earnestly requested by Nyak Adzi Rong's Vinaya Master Pema Rigdzin, and in conjunction with the activity manual compiled by himself, and with the instruction from the Venerable 7th Kunkhyen Jikme Trinley Paljor Rinpoche that it would be good to write it down, and with the kindness of the Guru himself in providing assistance with the writing and other supporting factors, Jamyang Lodro Gyatso, also known as Trinley Drubpa Tsal, compiled it at Dzongsar Trashi Lhatse Monastery on an auspicious day in the sixth month of the Earth Mouse year (1948).
