Protect the teachings, the supreme accomplisher, and the strict guardian like a child! Now, fortunate sons of noble lineage, since I entrust this command of the twenty-eight powerful mothers and working messengers to you, may you possess the sacred authority like a universal monarch of the three thousand worlds! Then, place the head ornament on the crown of the head, place the accomplishment torma and the regular torma in the left and right hands, place the accomplishment text in the heart, and play the great music. Then, by bestowing the great empowerment of the Vajra King, the vast and boundless command, visualize receiving the empowerment without obstruction in the four types of activities, and obtaining the great empowerment of power, strength, and ability!
