Seventeenth, the empowerment of employing oath-bound deities as servants: Gather and entrust the phurbas of the oath-bound deities: Hūṃ! Assembly of servants, attendants, and messengers, the time for your oath has come. As you have vowed in the past, swiftly accomplish the manifest activities! Oṃ Vajra Kīlī Kīlāya Jaḥ Hūṃ Vaṃ Ho! He He He He! Bhyo Bhyo Bhyo Bhyo! Moha Ghātaya Dhāti Mama Śīghraṃ Karma Karaye Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ! Fortunate one, you have received the empowerment of commanding the oath-bound deities, all activities are accomplished without obstruction, and you have attained the supreme empowerment of the indestructible victory banner! Eighteenth, the empowerment of the torma: Place the great glorious torma on the crown of the head: Within the torma vessel, which is completely manifested as the great realm of the terrifying and blazing charnel ground, this torma is the mandala wheel deity of the Bhagavan Great Glorious Vajrakumara, radiating white, red, and blue lights from the three places, which dissolve into your own three places, purifying all diseases, demons, sins, obstacles, and unfavorable conditions accumulated through the doors of body, speech, and mind. Bless the three of body, speech, and mind as the three vajras of body, speech, and mind, and finally visualize the deity of the torma dissolving into light, dissolving into you all. Hūṃ! Nineteenth, the empowerment of bestowing life, food, and siddhis: Place the substances on the crown of the head: Hūṃ! In order to accomplish the worldly phurba, in order to receive empowerment and siddhis, invite the wisdom wrathful one to descend! After the wisdom wrathful one has descended, please show signs and omens!
