This activity that is highly accomplished by all the Buddhas, to any sentient beings who are unruly and have wrong views, who destroy the teachings and create obstacles to practice, who have become a field for subjugation, who are degenerate and зло, who transgress the supreme path of secret mantra, to all of these, through the power of great compassion, bestow the empowerment to quickly liberate.
