Below is a boiling sea of blood, beside it rages the fire of hatred, above it is thick darkness of delusion, rains of weapons fall and vapors of disease and poison drift. Drought and various inauspicious omens mingle unbearably. The executioner Yama's army is as fierce as lions, leaps like tigers, is as wrathful as rakshasas, runs like flesh-eating demons, and the sounds of striking and cutting resound like thunder. In that terrible prison of karma, it has completely turned into a stench. That enemy is naked and emaciated, with a black complexion and impaired memory, bearing the mark of sorrow, pus and blood dripping from his nine orifices, having become the embodiment of all harm. Namo! May the words of the glorious and venerable lineage gurus of vidyadharas be true, may the words of the Buddha be true, may the words of the Dharma be true, may the words of the Sangha be true, may the truth of the secret mantras, the vidya mantras, the dharani mantras, the heart mantras, the mudras, and the samadhis be true, and may the truth of the dharmata, which is primordially empty, yet the cause and effect of phenomena are unfailing, be true.
