Su! With wisdom and compassion, I, with diligence, for the sake of benefiting sentient beings, stand before the Buddhas and generate the perfect Bodhicitta. May all sentient beings have happiness, may they be free from all suffering, may they never be separated from happiness, and may they realize the equality of all dharmas. Recite this seven times, three times, or once. To the Guru and the Three Jewels, I prostrate, make offerings, confess sins and downfalls, rejoice in virtue, request the turning of the Dharma wheel, and dedicate the accumulation of merit to great enlightenment. All outer and inner environments, beings, and enjoyments, I respectfully offer to the Three Jewels. May both myself and others perfectly complete the two accumulations, and may we quickly attain the true rainbow body. Then, with melody, make the following supplication: Namo! In the palace of primordial, self-arisen purity, I supplicate the Dharmakaya, unchanging light. May I accomplish the rainbow body without remainder of aggregates, and may I be blessed to traverse the sky in this life. (The following two lines are repeated for all verses) In the palace of spontaneously accomplished great bliss, I supplicate the Sambhogakaya, Avalokiteshvara. May I accomplish the rainbow body without remainder of aggregates, and may I be blessed to traverse the sky in this life. In the palace of great compassion, free from partiality, I supplicate the Nirmanakaya, Padmasambhava. May I accomplish the rainbow body without remainder of aggregates, and may I be blessed to traverse the sky in this life. In the palace of self-liberation of the marks of delusion, I supplicate the feet of Mahānātha. May I accomplish the rainbow body without remainder of aggregates, and may I be blessed to traverse the sky in this life. In the palace of the three roots, great bliss, I supplicate the great accomplished one, Jāhabīra. May I accomplish the rainbow body without remainder of aggregates, and may I be blessed to traverse the sky in this life. In the palace of the ultimate body and wisdom, I supplicate the feet of Vajranātha. May I accomplish the rainbow body without remainder of aggregates, and may I be blessed to traverse the sky in this life. In the mountain hermitage of Zhoto Tisel Drak, I supplicate the feet of Gyalwang Ratna. May I accomplish the rainbow body without remainder of aggregates, and may I be blessed to traverse the sky in this life. In the palace of the great sacred place, Zapu Lung, I supplicate Dzogchen Sangye Tsultrim. After praying in this way, visualize that, starting from Amitabha, each one gradually dissolves into the root guru like a rainbow, and then rest. Then, recite the mantra "Namo Zaha Bira (ན་མོ་ཛཱ་ཧ་བཱིར།，，，Homage to the Hero)" seven or twenty-one times. Then, take saliva from the tongue with the index finger of the left hand and make a dot between the eyebrows. Visualize that it turns into a thousand-year-old Sali skin, and on top of it arises a Zaha Bira (ཛཱ་ཧ་བཱིར།，，，Hero) rainbow the size of a thumb, or from subtle to stone.
