As it is arranged, act as if blessing nectar, or visualize the samaya substances as the union of the five Buddha families, father and mother, and from that place, visualize the nectar of bodhicitta, like pearls, filling the skull. Recite the essence of the five families combined: Om Hum Tram Hrih Ah, (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཧཱུྃ་ཏྲཱཾ་ཧྲཱིཿཨཱ,Sanskrit Devanagari: ओँ हुं त्राम् ह्रीः आ,Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ hūṃ trāṃ hrīḥ ā,Literal Chinese meaning: Om Hum Tram Hrih Ah), Om Ah Hum, (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ,Sanskrit Devanagari: ओँ आः हुं,Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ āḥ hūṃ,Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Hum), Sarva Pancha Amrita Hum Hrih Thah! (Tibetan: སརྦ་པཉྩ་ཨ་མྲྀཏ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿཋཱ,Sanskrit Devanagari: सर्व पञ्च अमृत हुं ह्रीः ठः,Sanskrit Romanization: sarva pañca amṛta hūṃ hrīḥ ṭhaḥ,Literal Chinese meaning: All Five Amrita Hum Hrih Thah!) This is the mantra for transforming samaya substances into nectar. Recite this a million times and bless it. Offer to the lama, yidam, and dakinis. Repeatedly pray for the accomplishment of longevity. Abandon mental afflictions and discursive thoughts, as they are poison, and then consume it. If you exhaust it and practice again, you will accomplish the vidyadhara of longevity in three years. May the Buddhas of the three times bless you! May the matrikas and dakinis assist in your endeavors! May extraordinary realization arise! It will help to expel leprosy and other ailments. Your body will become youthful, like a snake shedding its skin. In the future, you will definitely become a son of the Buddhas. Do not have any doubts about this. Afterwards, consuming ba-sam is best. Emaho! This essence of self-arisen nectar, in the Lhodrak Khothing Lhakhang, was entrusted to the hands of Amitayus. May fortunate, compassionate ones meet with a vidyadhara! You will definitely encounter the command of Orgyen. Ahthi! (Tibetan: ཨྠྀི,Sanskrit Devanagari: आःथी,Sanskrit Romanization: āḥthī,Literal Chinese meaning: Ah Thi) The command of Orgyen Padmasambhava, this essence of nectar grains, is the origin of all essences. May fortunate ones enjoy it! All essences gather in the life force. What is the essence of grains? Take one "sho" of white barley. Barley... extract the essence repeatedly from three, four, five, or six "sho", boil the extracted juice into chang (barley beer), and let it settle naturally. Let it ripen. Add butter and molasses, add brown sugar and honey, add a lot. Let it ferment, but not become sour. Let it cool, heat it slightly, dilute it with chang or water. Whatever essence you consume, above or below, after consuming it, drink a sip of chang. By the power of the chang, it can gather all the essences in the life force. Whatever essence you practice, it will quickly produce results. More than that may become poison. If someone wants to gain flesh, then mix haritaki, yellow orpiment, and rock essence with the broth of boiled snake meat and vulture meat. Mix with meat broth and milk, mix with milk and butter, add honey and brown sugar to the butter.
