如是食六个月，得金刚之身；若食至六年，能活七千年。此之功德：灭除疾病、邪魔、分别念；寿命与日月同等；智慧与文殊同等；三摩地力猛烈生起；步速如鸟；力量如大象；胜过食用赡部洲一切草药之功德。此殊胜光彩焕发之精华，交付于无量光佛之手；愿与三族怙主之化身相遇！ཨྠྀིཿ（藏文），ས་མ་ཡཿ（藏文），རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱཿ（藏文）。 邬金莲师我之教言：文殊修法之精华，具缘者受用之。诃梨勒二十八，毗诃勒十四，余甘子一束，白檀香四份。肉豆蔻十颗，心形芝麻十五。细磨后，以红牛之乳熬煮；将其融入酥油中；加入红糖蜂蜜，充分混合。之后，进行净心排毒后，每日清晨食用一勺。以此能增进记忆力，智慧炽盛，恒常内心安乐。愿与具缘者相遇！ཨྠྀིཿ（藏文），ས་མ་ཡཿ（藏文），རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱཿ（藏文）。 邬金莲师我之教言：观音修法之精华，具缘者受用之。诃梨勒十，毗诃勒五，余甘子两束，阿魏，菖蒲各一份。将不含铁之各种药材研磨成粉，加入牛奶熬煮；将牛奶融入酥油中，加入红糖蜂蜜，充分混合。于清晨空腹时，每次服用一小撮；食物方面，食用牛奶、酸奶、酥油；将猪油与蜂蜜混合涂抹于脚底。仅此一法，即可消除眼疾；必定能见到天、魔、人三者。愿与具缘者相遇！ཨྠྀིཿ（藏文），གུ་ཧྱ་（藏文），རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱཿ（藏文）。 邬金莲师我之教言：神通步速金刚手之修法精华如下：穿上以马皮涂抹猫头鹰脂肪制成的鞋子；当要前往某处时，以白芥子油念诵此咒七千遍；出发前念诵五百遍，涂抹于双脚脚底；也在肚脐上涂抹果实药油；食用煮沸的牛奶和红糖后出发，能行至一千由旬之遥；且能返回家中。其咒语如下：嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）吉那惹（藏文：ཀི་ན་ར་，梵文天城体：किन्नर，梵文罗马拟音：kinnara，汉语字面意思：紧那罗）郭瓦汝汝玛纳（藏文：གོ་བ་རུ་རུ་མ་ཎ，梵文天城体：गोवरुरुमण，梵文罗马拟音：govarurumaṇa，汉语字面意思：郭瓦汝汝玛纳），念诵之。

Thus, if you eat it for six months, you will obtain a vajra body; if you eat it for six years, you will live for seven thousand years. The benefits of this are: it destroys diseases, evil spirits, and discursive thoughts; life is equal to the sun and moon; wisdom is equal to Manjushri; the power of samadhi arises forcefully; the speed of foot is like a bird; strength is like an elephant; this is more beneficial than eating all the herbal medicines of Jambudvipa. May this excellent, radiant, nourishing essence be entrusted to the hands of Amitabha; may I meet with an emanation of the three family protectors! ATHI (藏文), SAMAYA (藏文), GYA GYA GYA (藏文). The command of Orgyen Padmasambhava: May those with fortune partake of this essence for the practice of Manjushri. Twenty-eight myrobalans, fourteen belleric myrobalans, one cluster of emblic myrobalans, four portions of white sandalwood. Ten nutmegs, fifteen heart-shaped sesame seeds. Grind them finely and boil them in red cow's milk; then mix it with butter; add brown sugar and honey and mix well. After that, after cleansing the heart, eat one spoonful each morning. This will retain what is heard, wisdom will blaze, and the heart will always be at ease. May I meet with those who have karmic connections! ATHI (藏文), SAMAYA (藏文), GYA GYA GYA (藏文). The command of Orgyen Padmasambhava: May those with fortune partake of this essence for the practice of Avalokiteshvara. Ten myrobalans, five belleric myrobalans, two clusters of emblic myrobalans, asafoetida, and calamus, one portion each. Grind various iron-free ingredients into a fine powder, add milk and boil; mix the milk with butter, add brown sugar and honey, and mix well. In the early morning, on an empty stomach, take a small pinch each time; for food, take milk, yogurt, and butter; mix pork fat with honey and apply it to the soles of the feet. This alone will cure eye diseases; it is certain that one will see gods, demons, and humans. May I meet with those who have karmic connections! ATHI (藏文), GUHYA (藏文), GYA GYA GYA (藏文). The command of Orgyen Padmasambhava: The essence for the practice of swift-footed Vajrapani for miraculous powers is as follows: Wear shoes made of horsehide smeared with owl fat; when going somewhere, recite this mantra seven thousand times over white mustard oil; before going, recite it five hundred times and apply it to the soles of both feet; also apply fruit medicine oil to the navel; eat boiled milk and brown sugar and then go, and you will travel up to a thousand yojanas; and you will be able to return home.
