以慈悲的爱，请您垂念我！从一开始就被无明迷惑所遮蔽，以分别念的臆测之心妄加执着，因对自性智慧的真义愚昧无知，违犯了无有遮拦的誓言，诋毁上师并舍弃本尊，念诵修持咒语未达到数量，禅定见解未融入法界，向他人宣扬秘密等等，我忏悔一切！此外，不应舍弃和应当接受的，应当行持和应当修持的，以及所知五事等二十五种，违犯誓言的一切，我忏悔！中断了初十、二十五四时的供养，总是慈爱罪恶之人，对空行母们的血肉朵玛有所缺失，双运解脱的供养偏离了时节，违犯了十四条根本堕罪，我忏悔！此外，粗大、支分、细微的一切誓言，成千上万无数的誓言，违犯了这些誓言的瑜伽士，发出忏悔痛苦的哀鸣，以此，诸位胜者的，慈悲的慧眼啊！请您稍作垂视，以慈悲宽恕我！赐予清净，使殊胜和共同的成就，毫不费力地成就，究竟大圆满的教法，成就普贤王如来的果位！金刚萨埵大喜悦，融入自身，安住于无分别的境界。献曼茶罗：将曼茶罗的基底涂上香水，摆放珍宝、谷物、药物等。 嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡），啊（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：啊），吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）！三千世界曼茶罗充满殊胜的富饶，如意妙欲的种种云朵涌现，献给三宝上师化身之身，愿一切众生享用化身之刹土！密严刹土不可思议，以智慧嬉戏的受用圆满庄严，献给三根本上师报身，愿一切众生享用报身之刹土！法界清净的刹土中，无碍光明觉性所庄严，献给三身上师法身，愿一切众生享用法身之刹土！祈请：嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡），啊（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：啊），吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）！顶礼至尊比玛拉米扎的莲足！请加持我的相续！祈请本尊 大吉祥天尊，请以三门殊胜智慧使我成熟！

With compassionate love, please consider me! From the beginning, obscured by the delusion of ignorance, clinging to fabrications with the mind of discursive thought, being ignorant of the true meaning of self-awareness and wisdom, violating vows without restriction, denigrating the guru and abandoning the yidam, not completing the prescribed number of recitations and sadhanas, not transforming contemplation and view into the expanse, proclaiming secrets to others, etc., I confess everything! Furthermore, not abandoning what should not be abandoned and accepting what should be accepted, practicing what should be practiced and accomplishing what should be accomplished, and the five knowable things, etc., the twenty-five kinds of violations of vows, I confess! Breaking the offerings of the tenth and twenty-fifth of each month, always being kind to sinful beings, having deficiencies in the flesh and blood torma offerings to the dakinis, the offerings of union and liberation being delayed, violating the fourteen root downfalls, I confess! Furthermore, all the vows, gross, branch, subtle, and minute, countless millions of vows, the yogi who has violated these vows, uttering this lament of regret and suffering, therefore, the compassionate eyes of the victorious ones! Please look upon me for a moment, and with compassion, forgive me! Grant purification, so that the supreme and common accomplishments may be achieved without difficulty, accomplishing the teachings of the Great Perfection, attaining the kingdom of Kuntuzangpo! May Vajrasattva, with great joy, dissolve into myself, and abide in the state of non-thought. The Akanishta realm is inconceivable, adorned with the enjoyment of wisdom play, offered to the Sambhogakaya of the Three Roots and the Guru, may all beings enjoy the realm of the Sambhogakaya! In the realm of the Dharmadhatu, completely pure, adorned with unobstructed, clear light awareness, offered to the Dharmakaya of the Three Kayas and the Guru, may all beings enjoy the realm of the Dharmakaya!
