Emanation upon emanation, filling the three thousand worlds, the life, longevity, merit, power, lungta, etc. of us yogis and our retinue, stolen by the demons of the upper, lower, and four directions, gather all the essences of space into this place, and in this way, grant the life accomplishment of the lineage! From the realm of the mind, restore the diminished life to its original state, and may it be unchangeable, indestructible, and pervasive like space! Pray with devotion and intense longing. With clear tones and the heart essence of dependent origination, increase and stabilize the accomplishment of longevity. Perform offerings, praises, confessions, and the stages of gathering. By striving in this way, at best, one will actually see, or at least in experience, see the faces of the Vidyadhara longevity deities, hear the sound of recitation, and have the longevity arrow and longevity substances increase. At worst, in dreams, dream of the sky being clear, the sun and moon rising, climbing upwards, rivers swelling, flames burning, flowers and fruits flourishing, etc. If one dreams of these, it is a sign of accomplishment. The method of receiving accomplishment is: At dawn, expand the work, visualize the self-arisen deity in front of you, inseparable from yourself, even more clearly in front, perform recitation, conduct a feast gathering, confess, and bestow blessings. With palms joined, pay homage: I bow to the lotus feet of the venerable Bimala Mitra, please bless my continuum to mature and liberate, pacify adverse conditions, illnesses, evil spirits, and obstacles, and grant the accomplishment of immortal longevity and wisdom. Pray in this way, and place the vase on your head: Hum Hrih, from the longevity vase that gathers the essence of the heart, grant the accomplishment of longevity to those who are fortunate. By the indestructible Vajra longevity empowerment, may we attain the rainbow body free from obscurations and death. Recite the root mantra and drink the vase water, take the pills: And the essence of skillful means and wisdom Bodhicitta, gathering all the essence of longevity of samsara and nirvana, with the blessing of compassion, this supreme substance that gathers the essence, may we obtain Vajra longevity by eating it. Recite the root mantra and enjoy. Take the nectar: In the Dharmadhatu mandala, gathering the essence of samsara and nirvana, blessed in the state of bliss and emptiness inseparable, practicing this uncontaminated bliss, filling body and mind, may we obtain the supreme longevity of self-arisen wisdom. Recite the root mantra and taste. Obtain the deathless Vajra body, obtain the unmoving Vajra speech, obtain the unchanging Vajra mind, may life completely increase. Bhrum Bhrum Bhrum, with this, all the life essence and marrow are absorbed into the heart, into the womb of the Hum, into the clear green Nri syllable, visualize the body being covered by the Vajra armor as if melted and poured, thereby stabilizing, merging Dharmadhatu and awareness.
