衰损消散，享用不变寿命之吉祥，闻思修之事业圆满后，以讲辩著述广增无量利他事，愿如毗玛拉米扎般任运成就！如是及，愿此处聚集之具缘者皆不分离，享用有寂之吉祥，寿命如上弦月般增长，名声如虚空般遍布！如是祈愿，其他亦广说吉祥，依共同仪轨而行，长久依止寿物，以红绸缠绕法轮，置于颈间，恒常保暖。如是行持，则能获得如日月般之持明寿命。若为具缘者灌顶寿命，则沐浴，驱逐邪魔，设结界，献曼扎，令修习净治相续。生起本尊，降临智慧，并使之稳固。以勾招寿命之事业先行，瓶灌顶等如前，唯稍改动词句即可。如是灌顶，则能消除寿命之障碍，寿命福德增长等，获得无量功德。此亦如班智达毗玛拉米扎之加持所生般，秋吉林巴所著，愿持教者之莲足永固，事业广大，一切众生寿命皆如日月般！吉祥！吉祥！ 邬金莲花生大士化身秋吉林巴所造： 上师毗玛拉米扎修法深道精华

May decay and decline be scattered, may you enjoy the glory of unchanging life, may the activities of hearing, contemplation, and meditation be accomplished, and may the benefit of others increase immeasurably through teaching, debate, and composition. May it be spontaneously accomplished just like Vimalamitra! And may all fortunate ones gathered here be inseparable, enjoy the glory of existence and peace, may their life increase like the waxing moon, and may their fame spread like the sky! Thus pray. Furthermore, extensively recite auspicious verses and follow the common procedure. Continuously rely on substances of longevity. Wrap the Dharma wheel with red silk and keep it around your neck, keeping it warm at all times. By doing so, you will obtain the life of a vidyadhara equal to the sun and moon. When bestowing a life empowerment to other fortunate ones, perform bathing, dispel obstacles, establish boundaries, offer a mandala, and have them practice purifying the continuum. Generate the deity, invoke wisdom, and stabilize it. Since the activity of summoning life precedes it, the vase empowerment, etc., are as before, but with slight modifications to the wording. By bestowing empowerment in this way, obstacles to life will be eliminated, and immeasurable qualities such as the increase of life and merit will be obtained. This, too, is like that which arose from the blessings of the scholar-adept Vimalamitra. Written down by Chokgyur Lingpa.
