མ་ལུས་དག །སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་བྱིན་རླབས་ཞུགས་ནས་ཀྱང་། །ཡེ་ཤེས་ལྔ་ཡི་དབང་མཆོག་ཐོབ་པར་ཤོག །ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་གུ་རུ་དེ་བ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་སརྦ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧྲཱིཿ ཞེས་གཏོར་མ་གནས་གསུམ་ཀར་བཞག །དེང་ཕྱིན་ཆད་འཁོར་འདས་ཀྱི་ཆོས་ཐམས་ཅད་སྣང་རིག་བརྡལ་བ་ཆེན་པོ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྐུར་ངོ་ཤེས་པར་གྱིས་ལ་རང་སྣང་རིས་མེད་ཀྱི་དགོངས་པར་ལ་ཟླ་བར་མཛད་འཚལ། དེས་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་སྒོམ་པ་ལ་དབང་། འབྲས་བུ་ངོ་བོ་ཉིད་སྐུ་མངོན་དུ་བྱེད་པའི་ས་བོན་མཐུ་ཅན་དུ་བྱས་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །སླར་གཏོར་མ་སྤྱི་བོར་བཞག་ལ། རྩ་བ་དང་བརྒྱུད་པར་བཅས་པའི་དཔལ་ལྡན་བླ་མ། ཡི་དམ་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་ལྷ་ཚོགས་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་པ། དཔལ་མགོན་ཆོས་སྐྱོང་བའི་སྲུང་མའི་ཚོགས་དང་བཅས་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་རྡོ་རྗེ་སློབ་མ་རིག་པ་འཛིན་པ་འདི་རྣམས་ལ། སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་ཡོན་ཏན་ཕྲིན་ལས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབ་པར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་གུ་རུ་དེ་བ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱ་ཀ་ཙིཏྟ་ཨ་དྷིཥྛཱ་ན་ཨ་དྷིཥྛི་ཏེ་ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོཿ ཞེས་བྱིན་རླབས་བྱ། མཐའ་རྟེན་དྲང་སྲོང་གི་བཀའ་གཏད་ནི། དཀར་གཏོར། རཾ་ཡཾ་ཁཾ་གིས་བསང་། ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ། གསུམ། གཏོར་མ་ཟག་མེད་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་བདུད་རྩིའི་རྒྱ་མཚོ་འདོད་ ཡོན་སྣ་ཚོགས་ཀྱི་སྤྲིན་ཕུང་འཕྲོ་བར་གྱུར། བདག་མདུན་གྱི་ཐུགས་ཀའི་འོད་ཟེར་གྱིས་ལྷ་དང་མིའི་སྨན་གྱི་དྲང་སྲོང་རིག་འཛིན་སྨན་སྐྱོང་སྲུང་མའི་ཚོགས་དང་བཅས་པ་སྐད་ཅིག་གིས་སྤྱན་དྲངས། ཨེ་ཧྱེ་ཧི་ས་མ་ཡ་ཛཿཛཿ ཚངས་པ་དང་བརྒྱ་བྱིན་ལ་སོགས་ལྷའི་སྨན་པ་མངོན་པར་ཤེས་པ་ལྔ་དང་ལྡན་པའི་དྲང་སྲོང་ཆེན་པོ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཞལ་དུ་བ་ལིཾ་ཏ་སརྦ་པཱུ་ཛ་ཁཱ་ཧི། ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ། ཞེས་གསུམ་དང་། གཞན་ཡང་སྨན་གྱི་རིག་པ་འཛིན་པའི་ལྷ་ཚོགས་རྣམས་དང་། སྨན་གྱི་བཀའ་སྲུང་ལྷ་ཀླུ་དྲི་ཟ་གྲུལ་བུམ་མིའམ་ཅི་ལ་སོགས་པ་དམ་ཚིག་ལ་གནས་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཞལ་དུ་ཨི་དཾ་བ་ལིཾ་གྲྀཧྞ་ཁཱ་ཧི། གཏོར་མ་དྲང་སྲོང་རིག་འཛིན་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་གསོལ་བའི་ལྷག་མ་ནད་མེད་པ་སྨན་གྱི་བདུད་རྩི། འཆི་བ་མེད་པ་ཚེའི་བདུད་རྩི་དགོས་འདོད་འབྱུང་བ་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་བདུད་རྩིར་གྱུར་པ་དེ་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་པ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས། ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་ལྷ་དང་དྲང་སྲོང་མངོན་པར་ཤེས་པ་དང་ལྡན་པ་རྣམས་དང་སྨན་གྱི་ལྷ་མོ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཆར་བབས་པ་ལྟར་བྱོན་ནས་ཁྱེད་རང་རྣམས་ལ་སིབ་སིབ་ཐིམ་པས་རྒྱུད་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས། དེ་དག་དང་སྐལ་པ་མཉམ་པར་གྱུར་སྙམ་དུ་མོས་མཛོད

无余众，祈请身语意之加持融入，愿获得五智之殊胜灌顶。嗡啊吽 咕噜德瓦达吉尼 萨瓦 阿比辛恰 啥（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་གུ་རུ་དེ་བ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་སརྦ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ guru deva ḍākinī sarva abhiṣiñca hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽 上师 本尊 空行 萨瓦 灌顶 舍），如是念诵，将朵玛放置于三处。从今以后，请认知轮回涅槃一切法皆为明觉大展之法身，并于自显无别的境界中安住。由此能得修持大手印之权，亦能使显现果位自性身之种子更具威力。复将朵玛置于顶门，祈请根本与传承之具德上师，本尊坛城之圣众眷属，具力怙主护法之眷属等，加持此等金刚弟子持明者，赐予身语意功德事业一切之加持。嗡啊吽 咕噜德瓦达吉尼 嘎雅瓦嘎 चित्त 阿迪什塔那 阿迪什提 杰 吽 班 霍（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་གུ་རུ་དེ་བ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱ་ཀ་ཙིཏྟ་ཨ་དྷིཥྛཱ་ན་ཨ་དྷིཥྛི་ཏེ་ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ guru deva ḍākinī kāyavākacitta adhiṣṭhāna adhiṣṭhite jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽 上师 本尊 空行 身语意 加持 已加持 光 吽 班 霍），如是加持。最后是交付仙人的教言：白色朵玛。以让样康清净。嗡啊吽（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽），三遍。朵玛化为无漏智慧甘露之海，涌现各种所欲之云。自前心之光芒，刹那间迎请天人药师仙人持明，药神护法等众。 ཨེ་ཧྱེ་ཧི་ས་མ་ཡ་ཛཿཛཿ（藏文：ཨེ་ཧྱེ་ཧི་ས་མ་ཡ་ཛཿཛཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：e hye hi samaya jaḥ jaḥ，汉语字面意思：来 来 誓言 乍 乍） 梵天帝释等天之药师，具五神通之大仙等，请享用此供食巴林达 萨瓦 布扎 卡嘿。嗡啊吽（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽），三遍。另有药师持明之诸天众，以及守护医药之神祇龙族，乾闼婆，鸠槃荼，人非人等，安住誓言者，请享用此供食 伊当 巴林 哥利哈纳 卡嘿。朵玛是仙人持明所食之残余，是无病之药甘露，是不死之长寿甘露，是如意宝珠之智慧甘露，依靠此加持，十方诸天与具神通之仙人，以及一切药神，如雨般降临，融入汝等身中，加持汝等相续。心想与彼等同具福分。

May all beings, through the blessings of body, speech, and mind, receive the supreme empowerment of the five wisdoms. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ guru deva ḍākinī sarva abhiṣiñca hrīḥ (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་གུ་རུ་དེ་བ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་སརྦ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ guru deva ḍākinī sarva abhiṣiñca hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽 上师 本尊 空行 萨瓦 灌顶 舍), recite this and place the torma on the three places. From now on, recognize all phenomena of samsara and nirvana as the great expanse of awareness, the Dharmakaya, and rest in the unbiased view of self-appearance. This empowers you to practice Mahamudra, and it makes the seed for manifesting the Svabhavikakaya potent. Again, place the torma on the crown of the head and pray that the glorious root and lineage lamas, the deities of the mandala with their retinues, and the powerful protectors and guardians of the Dharma with their retinues, bless these vajra disciples, the vidyadharas, with all the blessings of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ guru deva ḍākinī kāyavākacitta adhiṣṭhāna adhiṣṭhite jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་གུ་རུ་དེ་བ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱ་ཀ་ཙིཏྟ་ཨ་དྷིཥྛཱ་ན་ཨ་དྷིཥྛི་ཏེ་ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ guru deva ḍākinī kāyavākacitta adhiṣṭhāna adhiṣṭhite jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽 上师 本尊 空行 身语意 加持 已加持 光 吽 班 霍), bless in this way. Finally, the entrustment of the sage's command: a white torma. Purify with raṃ yaṃ khaṃ. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽), three times. May the torma transform into an ocean of nectar of immaculate wisdom, emanating clouds of various desirable qualities. Through the rays of light from the heart of myself and those in front, instantly invite the sages, vidyadharas, medicine protectors, and the assembly of guardians of medicine of gods and humans. E hye hi samaya jaḥ jaḥ (藏文：ཨེ་ཧྱེ་ཧི་ས་མ་ཡ་ཛཿཛཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：e hye hi samaya jaḥ jaḥ，汉语字面意思：来 来 誓言 乍 乍). O great sages, celestial physicians such as Brahma and Indra, endowed with the five clairvoyances, please partake of this offering, balimta sarva puja kha hi. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽), three times. Furthermore, all the deities who are vidyadharas of medicine, and the oath-bound gods, nagas, gandharvas, kumbhandas, kimnaras, and so on, who protect medicine, please partake of this offering, idam balim gṛhṇa kha hi. The remainder of the torma offered by the sages and vidyadharas is the nectar of medicine, free from disease; the nectar of immortality, free from death; the nectar of wisdom that fulfills all needs and desires. Through the blessing of this, all the gods and sages of the ten directions, endowed with clairvoyance, and all the goddesses of medicine, come like rain and dissolve into you, blessing your being. Think that you have become equal in fortune to them.
