Then, take up the glorious Torma. Moreover, according to the tradition of the ancient secret mantras, the Torma is considered to possess four wisdoms, and all actions are accomplished through the Torma. Therefore, at this present time, it is necessary to recognize the Torma's appearance as the deity, so contemplate in this way: This glorious Torma, which brings forth all desires, outwardly has the form of a Torma, inwardly is a great palace, complete with all measurements and characteristics. In the center of the palace are the wrathful king Hayagriva (Tamer of Horses) and his consort, and in the four directions are the four classes of Dakinis. Above them, in the center of a lotus, are the Guru Rikdzin Men Gye Dorje Chang (Vajradhara) and his consort. On the four petals in the four directions are the four wisdoms. Above are the lineage Gurus, in the middle are the deities of the four tantra classes, and below are the Dharma protectors and guardian deities. The Guru Rikdzin Men Gye Dorje Sempa (Vajrasattva), the great being, is inseparable, a mass of radiant light, appearing but without inherent existence. All these deities, abiding in the essence of the indivisibility of the Samaya Being and the Wisdom Being, are marked with a white Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om) at the crown of their heads, a red Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Ah) at their throats, and a blue Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हु, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hum) at their hearts. Visualize them clearly. You should also visualize yourselves as the main deities of the mandala, with a white wheel emanating from a white Om at the crown of your heads, marked with the syllable Om; a red lotus emanating from a red Ah at your throats, marked with the syllable Ah; and a blue Vajra emanating from a blue Hum at your hearts, marked with the syllable Hum. Generate this faith clearly. From the Om at the crown of the heads of all the deities of the Torma mandala, a white Om syllable with rays of light arises. As it dissolves into the Om syllable at the crown of your heads, purify the obscurations of the body, receive the blessings of the body, and generate the faith that you have received the vase empowerment. Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हु, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hum)! From the vast expanse of the pure Dharmadhatu, the mandalas of all the Buddhas of the Rikdzin lineage, remembering the vows made in the past, I urge your heart's commitment. With your wisdom, love, and power, please bestow your blessings upon this! Outwardly, the Samaya substance, the Torma, is adorned with ornaments, complete with delicious essence, the five meats and five amritas. Inwardly, it is the palace of the wisdom deities, with Gurus, Yidams, and Dakinis gathering like clouds. Please bestow the supreme empowerment upon the fortunate disciples! May all the obscurations of the body be completely purified, may the blessings of the body enter the continuum, and may we receive the supreme empowerment of the five wisdoms.

Bless! Om Ah Hum Guru Deva Dakini Kaya Abhisinca Om. Recite this and place the torma on the forehead. From today onwards, the outer container world is a palace, and the inner sentient beings are of the nature of deities and goddesses. Since this has been introduced, you must continuously protect it with mindfulness and awareness. This gives you the power to meditate on the generation stage of the body, and it also makes the seed of manifesting the Nirmanakaya powerful. From the throats of the torma deities, each A (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: A) syllable arises with red light. It dissolves into the red A (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: A) syllable in your throats, purifying the obscurations of speech, infusing the blessings of speech, and aspire to receive the secret empowerment. Hum! (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum.) The non-duality of Dharmadhatu, etc., is as above. In the place of body and form, change it to speech and sound, and at the end of the mantra, change it to Vaka Abhisinca Ah. (Tibetan: ཝཱ་ཀ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: vāka abhiṣiñca āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Speech Abhisheka Ah.) Place the torma on the throat. From today onwards, know that all sounds are the speech of the Yidam deity, and strive to recite the mantra of the winds and channels indistinguishably like a flowing river. This gives you the power to recite with speech, and it also makes the seed of manifesting the Sambhogakaya powerful. From the hearts of the torma deities, each Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllable arises with blue light and dissolves into the Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllable in your hearts. Purify the obscurations of mind, infuse the blessings of mind, and aspire to receive the empowerment of wisdom and knowledge. Hum! (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum.) The non-duality of Dharmadhatu, etc., is as above. Change it to mind and thought, and change the mantra to Citta Abhisinca Hum. (Tibetan: ཙིཏྟ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: citta abhiṣiñca hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Mind Abhisheka Hum.) Place the torma on the heart. From now on, know that all thoughts and concepts are the play of great wisdom, and maintain the natural state of uncorrectedness. This gives you the power to meditate on the completion stage of the mind, and it also makes the seed of manifesting the Dharmakaya powerful. From the three places of the torma deities, the Hrih (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hrih) syllable and white, red, and blue lights arise. They dissolve into your three places, purifying the defilements of body, speech, and mind, infusing the blessings of body, speech, and mind, and aspire to receive the precious word empowerment. Hum! (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum.) The non-duality of Dharmadhatu, etc., is as above. The obscurations of body, speech, and mind
