应当如名受持，不可分离。所知三者：诸药当知是能生所需所欲之宝，是持明供养之供品，是能除诸病之甘露。第二，内在誓言者：根本为身语意三者。身的誓言，对于金刚上师与道友姊妹，刹那间也不可生起邪见和不悦，要像保护心肝一样珍重。语的誓言，本尊的印咒念诵和三摩地，相续不断绝。意的誓言，密咒的见行、处所、时间、修法物品等，对于非器要极度保密。支分的誓言，所知五者、所用五者、不可舍弃五者、所修五者、应当接受五者，要像玛哈瑜伽一样守护。共同总的誓言，根本上师顶戴于头顶，对于教言的边角也不违背；不舍弃无上大乘；不散乱四座瑜伽；舍弃对于咒语和佛法的怀疑；以慈爱之心守护道友姊妹；以悲悯之心引导一切众生；不放纵烦恼；对于大乘佛法的护持者不诽谤；舍弃懒惰、睡眠和酒醉；以见行双运而使修持圆满。秘密的誓言是：轮涅一切诸法皆是自之觉性菩提心，并且对于彼者从本以来于自生法身之状态中证悟，不越过彼而守护。此外，安乐的誓言是：明点比生命更珍贵，守护使其如芥子般也不损减。光明的誓言是：努力于气脉瑜伽。无分别的誓言是：诸法安住于远离戏论之自性大手印中。于一切时一切相中，守护无执之正念不散乱，如竖立篱笆般，珍重守护觉性之火花。如是，《誓言皆是金刚大，是诸佛之自性》等等，如是广说。获得灌顶后，不守护誓言则堕入无间地狱，如果守护，则今生能获得普贤药师佛的果位，因此不使其损减而守护，如果损减则应当努力于忏悔和弥补之方法。 第二，那也是首先秘密的

One should hold them as named and inseparable. The three knowables are: medicines should be known as the jewels that bring desired things, the offerings for vidyādharas, and the nectar that cures diseases. Second, the inner samayas are: the root is the three of body, speech, and mind. The samaya of body is to cherish the vajra master and dharma brothers and sisters like one's own heart, without ever generating wrong views or displeasure even for a moment. The samaya of speech is to continuously recite the mudras and mantras of the yidam deity and maintain samadhi without interruption. The samaya of mind is to keep the view and conduct of secret mantra, places, times, practices, and substances extremely secret from those who are not vessels. The branch samayas are to protect the five knowables, the five to be practiced, the five not to be abandoned, the five to be accomplished, and the five to be accepted, as in the general Mahāyoga. As for the common general samayas, to carry the root guru on the crown of one's head and not to violate even the slightest part of his words; not to abandon the unsurpassed vehicle; not to be distracted from the four sessions of yoga; to abandon doubt towards mantra and dharma in general; to care for dharma brothers and sisters with compassion; to guide all sentient beings with compassion; not to let afflictions run wild; not to slander others by being overly attached to the dharma of the vehicle; to abandon laziness, sleep, and intoxication; and to bring the practice to completion by combining view and conduct. The secret samaya is that all phenomena of samsara and nirvana are one's own awareness, the mind of enlightenment, and to protect that without straying from the realization of the spontaneously arisen dharmakaya from the beginning. Furthermore, the samaya of bliss is to protect the bindu, more precious than life, without diminishing it even as much as a mustard seed. The samaya of clarity is to strive in the yoga of the winds. The samaya of non-thought is to rest all phenomena equally in the great seal, the nature of being free from elaboration. At all times and in all ways, it is important to maintain the mindfulness of non-grasping without distraction, setting up a fence, and guarding the spark of awareness. Moreover, as it is said extensively, "All samayas are great vajras, the nature of all Buddhas," etc. If one does not protect the samayas after receiving empowerment, one will go to Avici hell, but if one protects them, one will attain the state of Samantabhadra, the King of Medicine, in one lifetime. Therefore, one must protect them without diminishing them, and if they are diminished, one must strive in the methods of confession and restoration. Secondly, it is also initially secret.

Since the door to the unsurpassed tantra needs to be opened, it is necessary to receive empowerment. As it is said: A worthy and fortunate person, in order to attain supreme accomplishment in this life, should respectfully request complete empowerment from a qualified lama. Thus it is said. The fault of not receiving empowerment: As it is said: A mantra holder who has not received empowerment, engaging in recitation, practice, and activities, a great demon seizes the heart, without the desired result, burning in hell. Thus it is said. Three, the benefits: The benefits of receiving empowerment: That yogi who has manifestly received complete empowerment from the supreme lama becomes the son of all the Buddhas and attains the state of immutable great bliss. Thus it is said. Four, the offering: Making offerings after receiving empowerment, as it is said: The lama who has received empowerment is the Buddha, offering one's own body, children, wife, kingdom, and possessions. Without offering, there is no fruit of empowerment. Thus it is said. Five, entrusting the teachings: As it is said, one should entrust the responsibility of oral instructions and teachings to a student with vows who understands the faults and benefits of these and properly adopts and abandons them. Therefore, with the adoption and abandonment firmly in mind, wholeheartedly accomplish the vast benefit of oneself and others. Thus concluding. And hand over the vajra, bell, hand drum, curved knife, skull cup, rosary, image, tantras, books on the generation and completion stages, medicine, and divination tools, and say this: Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Seed syllable), Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Seed syllable)! The mandala of the lamas, the assembly of deities, the body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities of all the Buddhas, in order to obtain them in this life and lead all beings, I entrust the empowerments, tantric explanations, and oral instructions. Like a wish-fulfilling jewel, a wish-fulfilling tree, and a wish-granting cow, fulfilling the wishes of oneself and others, I entrust the secret and profound teachings of the Buddhas. Entrusted, guarded, this teaching must be protected. Like pouring lion's milk into a bad vessel, do not leak this teaching to those without vows. Do not leak it for flattery, cajoling, or money. Do not leak it for sweet talk, clever deception, or trickery. The teachings of the all-encompassing lama, the Buddhas, and the king of medicine, are the treasure of the heart and the apple of the eye. Especially keep it secret from those who have wrong views about the lama's Dharma, from speculators, and from doubters.
