Although it is said to visualize clearly as one wishes, generally, one instantly transforms into the noble White Avalokiteśvara, with one face and four arms, adorned with complete ornaments, attire, and emblems. On the crown of the head, on the four-petaled lotus, in the center of the heart and the fifth petal, upon the lunar disc, the essence of all Buddhas' (Tibetan: ཀཱ་ཝཱ་ཙི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: , Literal Meaning: ) combined, Mahāguṇa (Tibetan: མ་ཧཱ་གུ་ཎ, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: , Literal Meaning: ), inseparable from the Bhagavan Medicine Buddha, the King of Lapis Lazuli Light, with a body color that is white with a reddish glow, radiating splendor, with one face and two arms, with eyes full of love gazing at beings in all ten directions, captivating with the light of a smile. The hair is yellowish-brown, slightly reddish, with willow-like tresses adorned with garlands of flowers. The right hand holds the stem of a blooming utpala flower in the gesture of bestowing blessings, blooming near the ear, upon which rests the Prajñāpāramitā scripture and the wisdom sword of the Queen Mother. The left hand holds the stem of a blooming lotus in the gesture of teaching the Dharma, blooming near the ear, upon which rests a vase filled with nectar, adorned with saffron buds, with a wish-fulfilling jewel and a golden vajra, and golden medicinal herbs adorning the right, left, and center. Adorned with various silk garments fluttering beautifully, seated in the vajra posture. On the four lotus petals in the four directions, in front is the white goddess playing a precious lute, on the right is the yellow goddess playing a flute made of a vulture's leg bone, behind is the red goddess playing a flute made of a human leg bone, and on the left is the green goddess showing a silver mirror. All four are sixteen years old, with charming smiles, elegant postures, soft and supple bodies, adorned with precious flower garlands around their waists, and willow-like tresses adorned with strands of red pearls. The lower body is adorned with various silk skirts, and with dancing gestures, they continuously offer the bliss-emptiness offering to the main deity. Light radiates from the body, speech, and mind of the guru, from the natural state, the root and lineage gurus, and the Bhagavan Medicine King Buddha, surrounded by all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions and three times, all the deities of the yidam mandala, the heroes, dakinis, Dharma protectors, and guardians, all inseparable from the incomparable incarnate Mahāguṇa (Tibetan: མ་ཧཱ་གུ་ཎ, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: , Literal Meaning: ), surrounded by the four goddesses.

Having invited the deity like a gathering of clouds, it dissolves into the main deity on the crown of the head. From one's own heart, the emanated goddesses offer outer seven offerings, inner five desires, and the play of bliss and emptiness. Offering with actual and mentally transformed offerings, the supreme Samantabhadra offering clouds, arranging the pure and vast space, offering outer, inner, and secret offerings like an ocean. Thus, it is said. Offer a mandala with thirty-seven heaps or seven heaps as appropriate. If condensed, offer only with the above verses. From the depths of the heart and bones, generate strong faith and devotion, and recite the lineage prayer, either in detail or condensed. If condensed: "The secret of all Buddhas of the three times is gathered into one, to the Lama, the King of Medicine, Yuthokpa, I pray from the depths of my heart and bones. Please bless my body, speech, and mind, and grant supreme and common siddhis." Thus, it is said. I pray to Lama Sangye Rinpoche. I pray to Dharma Lord Sangye Rinpoche. May my wisdom increase in all the treatises of Sowa Rigpa (the science of healing), and may I benefit all sentient beings like the sun and moon. May every word I speak become clairvoyance, may every medicine I compound become a supreme remedy, may every act I perform become beneficial, and may all supreme and common siddhis be granted. Thus, recite the prayer seven times or more, with intense devotion. Light radiates from the four places on the crown of the head, touching the four goddesses. The mind stream is stirred involuntarily. Think that they are granting the siddhis that one desires. Again, light radiates from the heart, shining in ten directions. It stirs the essence of all the stable and moving realms, and the compassion of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. The light dissolves into the vase held in the hand in the form of five colors. That vase transforms into the nectar of immortal wisdom, surging upwards. From one's own crown to the inside and outside of the body, it goes "chili-li," purifying the diseases, evil spirits, and defilements of body, speech, and mind. The body becomes like a clear crystal ball. Then, gradually, the entire body is filled with nectar. One receives the four empowerments. Think that the seeds of the four bodies are manifested. With reverence, focus the mind one-pointedly on the Lama on the crown of the head, and recite: Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: 嗡), Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal Chinese Meaning: 啊), Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: 吽), Vajra (Tibetan: བཛྲ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्र, Sanskrit Romanization: vajra, Literal Chinese Meaning: 金刚), Maha (Tibetan: མ་ཧཱ, Sanskrit Devanagari: महा, Sanskrit Romanization: mahā, Literal Chinese Meaning: 大), Guru (Tibetan: གུ་རུ, Sanskrit Devanagari: गुरु, Sanskrit Romanization: guru, Literal Chinese Meaning: 上师), Guna (Tibetan: གུ་ཎ, Sanskrit Devanagari: गुण, Sanskrit Romanization: guṇa, Literal Chinese Meaning: 功德), Sarva (Tibetan: སརྦ
