Thus recite. Red rays of light radiate, inviting the boundless awareness wisdom, merging into the awareness wisdom of the throat. The wisdom, dharani, eloquence, and sixty branches of speech of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, all transform into the form of Ali made of ruby, pervading all the chakras of the throat. Eliminate the conceptual thoughts arising from desire, and the diseases and demonic obstacles arising from them.
