Arise in the experience lineage of bliss. Believe that you have become fortunate to manifest the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu, and abide in equanimity, and explain the same for the following as well. From the throat, the infinite Medicine Buddha emits red light of speech. Pervades the entire body. The conceptual obscurations of the aggregate of consciousness are purified. Obtain the secret empowerment of speech. Arise in the experience lineage of clarity. Become fortunate to manifest the wisdom of discernment. From the navel, the Ratnasambhava Medicine Buddha emits yellow light of qualities. Pervades the entire body. The conceptual obscurations of the aggregate of feeling are purified. Obtain the wisdom and knowledge empowerment. Arise in the experience lineage of non-conceptualization. Become fortunate to manifest the wisdom of equality. From the heart, the Akshobhya Medicine Buddha, the main figure and retinue, emits blue light of mind. Pervades the entire body. The conceptual obscurations of the aggregate of consciousness are purified. Obtain the fourth empowerment, the precious word empowerment. Arise in the experience lineage of great emptiness. Become fortunate to manifest the mirror-like wisdom. From the secret place, the essence of the Amoghasiddhi Medicine Buddha, the Hayagriva wheel of power, emits green light of activity. Pervades the entire body. The conceptual obscurations of the aggregate of formation are purified. Obtain the great empowerment of vast wisdom. Arise in the experience lineage of indivisible union. Believe that you have become fortunate to manifest the wisdom of accomplishing activities, and meditate on these samadhis as much as possible for half of the session, which is the actual practice of the generation stage. Second, the completion stage is: the body posture is the seven-point posture or sitting upright. The speech posture is to leave the breath in its natural state. The mind posture is not to be distracted elsewhere, first generate faith, respect, and longing for the lama and the five families, each inseparable, as a preliminary, and then meditate on the actual samadhi as follows: Vairochana at the crown of the head dissolves into light due to faith and respect. The white bindu, the size of a mustard seed, emits bright white rays of light. Like a mirror reflecting sunlight, it becomes unbearable to look at, focus your mind on it and meditate on it as long as you can. Then, the light becomes brighter and bigger, filling the entire abdomen And, the entire inside of the body also becomes the nature of a white bindu. When the samadhi is purified, all appearances also become the nature of light and white bindu.

Focus your mind on this and meditate. At that time, when the practitioner looks at the nature of the mind, the essence of empty-clear awareness, in which the object of meditation, the bindu, and the mind of the meditator are not established as two. Experiencing the nature as being free from grasping and free from expression, guarding it in that state without being defiled by artificial thoughts, and becoming accustomed to it, the nature becomes clear as emptiness. The appearance is clear as light and bindus. These two are inseparable, like a crystal ball and a rainbow. It is not a conceptual understanding, but a firm conviction realized from the depths of the heart. Repeat this until it becomes unshakeable. By familiarizing yourself with this, the deity in the throat dissolves into light. The bindu and rays of light are red, the navel is yellow, the heart is blue, and the secret place is green. Practice and expand as much as you can. Complete less than half of the session. At the end of the session, the appearance of your own body as a deity is also absorbed into emptiness, and you remain in equipoise. When you arise from that, like clouds rising in the sky, the illusory deity of union, the Bhagavan Medicine Buddha, is marked with the three vajra syllables (oṃ, Devanagari: ॐ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: oṃ; āḥ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: āḥ; hūṃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: hūṃ) in the three places. Appearances are deities, sounds are mantras, and thoughts are understood as the play of dharmata. Dedicate and aspire as usual, and then engage in activities. During those times, if drowsiness or dullness arises, do not be controlled by them. Whatever experience of bliss, clarity, or non-thought arises, do not be attached to it. Wherever the mind wanders, do not create artificial likes or dislikes. Recognize whatever arises and let it go loosely in its natural state. Second, the key to understanding the meaning is: Outwardly, the stupa of glorious Drepung, appearing as the deity of the mandala from any of the four directions and the center five, is an example of representation. Inwardly, the five Medicine Buddha families reside spontaneously in the five places of your own body, such as the crown of the head. Whatever you meditate on, it appears as such, which is a symbol of the mode of representation. The secret is that the five unions of bliss, clarity, non-thought, emptiness, and union arise in the way of the formless by relying on the meditation of forms, which is the meaning of what is represented. These are also the reality, and all phenomena are of one taste from the beginning in the realm of no birth, which is established as the nature of reality. The details should be learned from the root text. Second, the special instructions for inner practice, from what is said in "The Pool of Accomplishments": The support
