Sala! Humbly I pray, please grant your blessings. May the lineage be ripened by empowerment, and vows be completely pure. May the practice of approach and accomplishment, outer, inner, and secret, reach its end. May the blessings of the Guru swiftly enter the lineage, and may I be equal in qualities to Yuthok Yonten Gonpo. May the upper gate of liberation and the lower gate of skillful means arise. May the channels, winds, and bindus ripen into the Dharmakaya of deities and mantras. May I be freed from the disturbances of the elements, from samadhi, and from the obstacles of demons. May I accomplish the immortal rainbow body, the Vajra body. May the diseases caused by the three poisons and the three faults as their result, be healed by the Healing King, the Bhagavan. May I accomplish this life without hardship, and may I become the protector of beings pervading the sky. Second, the giving of the outer Torma: If you wish to elaborate, as all are satisfied by the dedication of the outer Torma. White side. Six realms. The Torma of the obstructing spirits is offered separately in three portions. If abbreviated, then arrange two Tormas, white and red. Instantly visualize oneself as the Great Glorious Hayagriva. From the HUM (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) at the heart, light radiates. Purifying the faults of the substances, in a vast precious vessel. It transforms into the essence of nectar, the desired objects. OM (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡) AH (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：啊) HUM (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽). Three times. With the light rays from the heart like iron hooks. The gods who protect the white side and the beings of the six realms go forth. All the hosts of harmful spirits, demons, and elementals. Gather here without obstruction. Samaya Jaḥ Samaya Tvam. Om Vajra Argham... Shabda Pratīccha Svaha. May the beings of the six realms be fully satisfied in body, speech, and mind. May they be freed from all suffering and enjoy happiness. Ya He Gaccha. Thus, offer the Torma outside. 吽 舍 (ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿ，种子字，hūṃ hrīḥ，祈请智慧和慈悲)，谛听，无缘的魔障众！我乃本初任运成就者，是所有忿怒尊之主宰。将魔军摧为灰烬。此乃大秘密之种姓汇集坛城，汝等无缘进入，故当四散游荡。若停留于此，必遭毁灭。嗡 阿 吽 咕噜 德瓦 达吉尼，障碍制造者，所有 विघ्न (梵文天城体：विघ्नान्，梵文罗马拟音：vighnān，障碍) 乌匝达亚 啪 (ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་གུ་རུ་དེ་བ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་གནོད་བྱེད་འབྱུང་པོ་སརྦ་བིགྷྣཱན་ཨུཙྪ་ཏ་ཡ་ཕཊ།)。如是，以四吽之猛咒、烟供、芥子、乐器等驱逐魔障，并将朵玛抛掷于外。第四，防护轮：吽 (ཧཱུྃ，种子字，hūṃ，发光)。我乃自生智慧忿怒尊，是无明邪念魔障之克星。视神鬼为实有之错觉魔障，于大乐界中自解脱。上下四方，无余处，皆为金刚轮、如意宝、莲花十字杵、火焰炽燃，成为坚固守护之帐篷。嗡 阿 吽 咕噜 德瓦 达吉尼 班杂 扎扎 冉那 贝玛 嘎玛 匝拉 冉 惹恰 惹恰 吽 (ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་གུ་རུ་དེ་བ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་བཛྲ་ཙཀྲ་རཏྣ་པདྨ་ཀརྨ་ཛྭ་ལ་རཾ་རཀྵ་རཀྵ་ཧཱུྃ།)。第五，皈依：自身心间放光，迎请上师种姓汇集药师佛、三根本、具誓护法众，于前方虚空中，班杂 萨玛扎 (བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ，金刚萨埵，vajrasattva，金刚萨埵) 拿摩 (ན་མོ，敬礼)。种姓汇集善逝金刚持，乃十方三宝之本体。我与他人直至证菩提，从心底深处，亲近皈依您。念诵三遍。第六，发菩提心：为将遍布虚空之有情众，从痛苦之海中救度，为获得三根本之殊胜果位，直至未得之前，我将精进修持。念诵三遍。第七，积聚资粮：吽 舍 (ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿ，种子字，hūṃ hrīḥ，祈请智慧和慈悲)，迎请上师、本尊、空行母降临。安住于狮子座、莲花座、日月垫之上。我与他人身语意，恒时恭敬顶礼。以实物、意幻、内外密供养。忏悔罪堕、违犯、过失、错谬。随喜三世善根之积聚。随顺所化众生，转动法轮。不入涅槃，为利有情而住世。所积福慧，回向菩提。愿轮回彻底清净，获得大乐之胜果。如是，各自于定中安住，口中念诵。第八，特别忏悔罪业：皈依处，请您慈悲垂念我！无始

Hūṃ hrīḥ, listen, assembly of obstacles without fortune! I am the self-perfected one from the beginning, the supreme lord of all wrathful kings. I will scatter the armies of demons into ashes. In this great secret mandala of the gathered lineages, you have no fortune to enter, so wander and disperse elsewhere. If you stay, you will undoubtedly be destroyed. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ guru deva ḍākinī, obstructing beings, sarva vighnān (Sanskrit: विघ्नान्, all obstacles) ucchāṭaya phaṭ. Thus, with the fierce mantra of the four hūṃs, smoke offerings, mustard seeds, music, etc., dispel the obstacles and cast the offering cake outside. Fourth, the protection wheel: Hūṃ. I am the self-arisen wisdom wrathful king, the destroyer of ignorance and wrong thoughts. The delusion of perceiving gods and demons as real, self-liberates in the realm of great bliss. Above, below, and in all directions, without exception, are vajra wheels, wish-fulfilling jewels, lotus swastikas, and blazing flames, forming a solid protective tent. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ guru deva ḍākinī vajra cakra ratna padma karma jvāla raṃ rakṣa rakṣa hūṃ. Fifth, taking refuge: From my heart, rays of light emanate, inviting the guru, the assembled lineage of the Medicine Buddha, the three roots, and the oath-bound protectors, to the space in front of me, Vajra samājaḥ (Sanskrit: Vajrasattva, the being of Vajra) Namo. The assembled lineage of the Sugata Vajradhara, is the embodiment of the three jewels of all times and directions. Until I and others attain enlightenment, from the depths of my heart, I closely take refuge in you. Recite three times. Sixth, generating bodhicitta: In order to liberate all sentient beings pervading the sky, from the ocean of suffering, in order to attain the supreme state of the three roots, until it is attained, I will diligently practice. Recite three times. Seventh, accumulating merit: Hūṃ hrīḥ, invite the guru, yidam, and dakinis to descend. Reside on the lion throne, lotus seat, sun and moon cushion. I and others, with body, speech, and mind, always respectfully prostrate. Offerings of real objects, imagined offerings, inner, outer, and secret offerings. Confess misdeeds, transgressions, faults, and mistakes. Rejoice in the accumulation of virtue in the three times. According to what is suitable for each being, turn the wheel of Dharma. Do not pass into nirvana, but remain for the benefit of beings. Dedicate all accumulated merit and wisdom to enlightenment. May samsara be completely purified, and may we attain the supreme fruit of great bliss. Thus, abide in your respective samadhis, and recite the words.
