If there is a slight change in appearance, one can recover slightly. If there is no change, it is very bad, so one should continue to do good deeds. If the teeth have no luster and are grayish-white, etc., this is a sign of heavy karmic disease, do not observe it. In short, the characteristics of observing the body are: from the crown of the head to the soles of the feet, the flesh is rotten, the flesh is degenerated, the flesh is spotted, there is a burning sensation, a cold sensation, a swelling sensation, an itching sensation, a pain sensation, a numbness sensation, a twitching sensation, and a trembling sensation. These are all illusions of the Nagas, do not fixate on one place, it is good to be able to transfer, so there is no need to be afraid. The common people's family lives by bone, should not use fierce methods, all recitations, etc. should be gentle. The Brahmin lives by the internal organs, does not eat unclean things, avoids defilement, does good deeds. The untouchables are greedy for life and afraid of death and have malice, so they should do rough methods without懈怠, recite fierce mantras, practice wrathful deities, rely on the five restraints, practice severance, and suppress.
