HOḤ Son of lineage, by bestowing upon you the eight charnel ground garments, you have obtained the state of the great glorious Heruka, and by entrusting all the obedient ones to you as subjects, you have obtained the supreme empowerment to enthrone you as the lord of all mothers and ḍākinīs. Thus, the empowerments of the body have passed. The second is the empowerment of speech: Visualize the disciple as the clear Vajrapāṇi, at the center of the tongue, a five-pointed vajra, the garlands of mantras are arranged in a form that is blue, clear, and radiant. Place the book on the crown of the head. HŪṂ. Son of fortunate lineage, by empowering your tongue with the essence, the voice of fierce mantra is unobstructed, may you obtain the empowerment of the essence mantra. OṂ VAJRAPĀṆI VĀKA ABHIṢIÑCA ĀḤ. Bestow this, and combine it with that focus, and repeat after me. OṂ VAJRA CAṆḌA MAHĀ ROṢAṆA HŪṂ PHAṬ. Recite this three times. HOḤ Son of lineage, by empowering you with the mantra of speech, you have obtained the supreme empowerment to benefit beings in accordance with the thoughts of those to be tamed, with the inconceivable sound of emptiness and unbornness. Thus it is said. The third is the empowerment of mind, focus in this way: Visualize yourselves as the clear lord of secrets, in your hearts, visualize the body of the wisdom being, blazing and subtle. Place the main deity in the heart. HŪṂ. In the mandala of the stainless clear moon citta, by empowering with the wisdom being deity, having shown the manner of being born from the unborn, may you obtain the empowerment of expanding the wisdom of knowledge. BUDDHA ABHIṢIÑCA HŪṂ. HOḤ Son of lineage, by empowering you with the empowerment of mind, may you obtain the empowerment of the supreme stainless mind of the lord of secrets. Thus it is said. The fourth is the empowerment of qualities: Visualize entrusting a consort with characteristics into your hand. HŪṂ. The auspicious consort with auspicious signs, who generates bliss, is given to you, fortunate one, at this time. That wisdom of great non-dual bliss, abiding equally between the bindu and the lotus, may you recognize the self-face of uncontaminated wisdom. Thus it is entrusted. Visualize yourselves as the pride-taming Heruka, and the consort entrusted to you as the mother, the sovereign of the realm of space, as the deity's perception. In the secret place of the father, from HŪṂ, in the center of the vajra, marked with HŪṂ BU GAR PHAṬ. In the space of the mother, from ĀḤ, a lotus marked with ĀḤ.

The thought of transformation is the understanding of mantra. Relying on this method, to manifest the wisdom of one's own nature, this is the understanding of Dharma. Like this, entering into samadhi with the three understandings, with this faith, repeat this: OM SARVA TATHAGATA MAHA ANURAGANA VAJRA SVABHAVA ATMAKO'HAM. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་མ་ཧཱ་ཨ་ནུ་རཱ་ག་ཎ་བཛྲ་སྭཱ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཨཱཏྨ་ཀོ྅་ཧཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ सर्व तथागत महा अनुरगण वज्र स्वाभाव आत्माकोऽहम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ sarva tathāgata mahā anurāgaṇa vajra svābhāva ātmako'ham, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, all Tathagatas, great, love, vajra, self-nature, I) Thinking like this, the special wisdom of the four joys arises in the continuum. Fifth, for the sake of the empowerment of the three samadhis, straighten your body, the key point of speech is to leave the breath without effort. The key point of mind is that the previous thoughts cease, and the subsequent thoughts do not arise. On that moment of the present mind, without effort, abandonment, or placement, rest naturally. This is expressed in words as: Alas! Look, look at your own mind, this single bindu free from elaboration, nothing is established, the essence of its nature is emptiness, that is the unborn, awareness-emptiness Dharmakaya. Nothing is obstructed, what appears is the Sambhogakaya. The spontaneously accomplished Nirmanakaya is self-liberated without duality. Recognize the Buddha as your own awareness, and always abide in its meaning. Thus, looking at one's own mind with inward-turning wisdom, it is the nature of the single bindu free from elaboration. Nothing is established, so the essence is emptiness, that is the Dharmakaya from the perspective of unborn awareness. Nothing is obstructed, from the perspective of appearance, it is the Sambhogakaya. The spontaneously accomplished Nirmanakaya is self-liberated without duality. Recognize the Buddha as your own awareness, and always abide in its meaning. HOḤ! Son of the lineage, you are granted the empowerment of samadhi, may you obtain the supreme empowerment of the special wisdom of the three kayas transferred into your continuum. Thus it is said. Sixth, for the sake of the empowerment of activity, visualize this torma as the assembly of wrathful deities who subdue pride, and generate devotion and longing. From the five places there, rays of light emanate, merging into your own five places, purifying the sins and obscurations of body, speech, and mind. May you generate the faith of obtaining all the accomplishments of the qualities and activities of body, speech, and mind entering into your continuum. Place the torma on the crown of the head.
