于甘丹寺中，金刚持与秘密主金刚手，降伏了所有显有世间的傲慢之众，当他们献上各自的命根时，是否未曾中断接受教令食子？是否未曾中断延长瑜伽士的寿命？是否未曾中断成办所托付的事业？请享用此誓言物教令食子，请成办瑜伽士所托付的事业！吽！（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽！） 此后，于中间时期的劫中，吉祥金刚莲花颅鬘者，当开启甚深秘密无上坛城时，将所有显有世间的神鬼全部加以束缚，当他们献上各自的命根时，是否未曾中断接受教令食子？是否未曾中断延长瑜伽士的寿命？是否未曾中断成办所托付的事业？请享用此誓言物教令食子，请成办瑜伽士所托付的事业！吽！（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽！） 此后，于最后时期的劫中，在红岩吉祥长洞大处，邬金大士莲花生与成就女王卡钦措嘉，当开启秘密主傲慢坛城时，将所有藏地的凶猛神魔加以束缚，当他们献上各自的命根之后，是否未曾中断接受教令食子？是否未曾中断延长瑜伽士的寿命？是否未曾中断成办所托付的事业？请享用此誓言物教令食子，请成办瑜伽士所托付的事业！ 如是，将所有食子向外供养。第四，供养坚牢母：以涂有药酒的食子盘洒布坚牢食子，以三谷物增益为甘露。吽！（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽！） 安住誓言的坚牢母众，天之女王吉祥名，崖药女王真实知，卡拉穹尊吉祥母，贡尊德姆守护藏地，雪山大母玉本玛，仲与羌嘉月光母，仲地母神花朵母，羌药母神金滩母，无肉雪山遍善，大地主香汀吉祥，龙之母神光焰母，不驯服具饰忿怒之眷属，连同仆役眷属享用食子，成办所想成就的事业！如是供养坚牢母。第五，击打舞步：观想所有追随食子向外游走的誓言邪魔，被压在食子盘所化现的须弥山下，并以金刚手印加持。吽！（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽！）

In the palace of Gaden, Vajradhara and the secret lord Vajrapani, subdued all the arrogant beings of existence and appearance. When they offered their life essences, did they not cease to receive the command torma? Did they not cease to prolong the life of the yogi? Did they not cease to accomplish the entrusted activities? Please accept this oath substance command torma, and accomplish the activities entrusted to the yogi! Hūṃ! Thereafter, in the intermediate kalpa of time, Garab Dorje Padma Thötreng, when opening the innermost secret unsurpassable mandala, bound all the gods and demons of existence and appearance. When they offered their life essences, did they not cease to receive the command torma? Did they not cease to prolong the life of the yogi? Did they not cease to accomplish the entrusted activities? Please accept this oath substance command torma, and accomplish the activities entrusted to the yogi! Hūṃ! Thereafter, in the final kalpa of time, in the great cave of Drakmar Palgyi, Orgyen Chempo Padmasambhava and the accomplished queen Kharchen Tsogyal, when opening the mandala of the secret lord of arrogance, bound all the unruly gods and demons of Tibet. After they offered their life essences, did they not cease to receive the command torma? Did they not cease to prolong the life of the yogi? Did they not cease to accomplish the entrusted activities? Please accept this oath substance command torma, and accomplish the activities entrusted to the yogi! Thus, offer all the tormas outwards. Fourth, propitiating the Tänma: Sprinkle the stable torma with the torma plate washed with medicinal alcohol, and increase it into nectar with three grains. Hūṃ! The assembly of Tänmas abiding by the oath, the celestial queen Pal Drakma, the Yämen queen Yangdak Shé, Kharak Khyungtsün Palgyi Yum, Kongtsün Demo protecting the land of Tibet, the great mother of the snow mountains Yubünma, Drok and Changyal Dawa Öma, Drokne Mamo Metokma, Changmen Mamo Sertangma, Shamé Gangkar Küntuzang, the great earth lord Shanting Pal, the Naga mother Zi Barma, the unruly, adorned, wrathful lineage, together with servants and retinue, partake of the torma, accomplish the activities of fulfilling wishes! Thus, propitiate the Tänma. Fifth, striking the dance: Visualize all the oath-breakers following the torma outwards being pressed under the Mount Sumeru manifested from the torma plate, and seal it with the vajra mudra. Hūṃ!

I am the glorious great secret lord! I am the chief tamer of the world! The emanated retinue is inconceivable! The messengers of karma fill the three thousand worlds! All without exception shake like stars! Enemies, obstructors, and spirits are pulverized! Subdue and torment, Samaya! Until the Victorious One's teachings have not disappeared, you have no chance of liberation! May you attain liberation in the future! Om Lam Nri Tri Shatrum Maraya Nan Samaya Nan! Sixth, obtaining accomplishments: Touch the sadhana torma and other things to the three places and enjoy the samaya substances. Hum! By the blessings of the Bhagavan Vajrapani, may the nagas be subdued, bound by oath, and may both the overpowering and the accomplishments be bestowed! May the ten wisdom wrathful deities and their emanations bestow the accomplishments of pacifying, increasing, empowering, and wrathful actions!
