The wind of the lower body, slightly draw it inward with intention, stretch the four limbs and twist left and right, lie down on the back three times and curl up three times, after doing that, rest in the state of original purity. All methods of descending, raising, reversing, and scattering are for the sake of generating bliss-wisdom. The bliss felt by body and mind is sudden, and that is also a means of generating wisdom. What is called great bliss-wisdom always abides in the hearts of sentient beings, the stainless Buddha possesses wisdom, without change or movement, is the embodiment of Shri Heruka, is the great nature of the three times constant. Like space, the realm of non-conceptualization, inconceivable, inexpressible, beyond comparison. Although it has no cause or condition, when the wind-mind subsides by means, the great bliss of self-abiding is clearly seen. It does not come from elsewhere, but is co-emergent, it is the ultimate intention of the Buddha. When one's own body is able to do so, choose a maiden of sixteen years, whose body and veins are free from disease, not old but in the prime of youth, the five lineages such as the lotus woman, without error, carefully examine according to the general practice. Invite her with means, substances, mantras, and mudras, explain the common Dharma and subdue the mind stream, also bestow empowerment that matches the vessel, explain the distinctions of fierce vows, bestow the profound yoga of the generation and completion stages. Even for a short time before being stable, also make her practice continuously in the four sessions. When she has become a little accustomed to it, begin the secret practice in a secluded room. That is also by looking and smiling, and touching parts of the body, and various kinds of pleasant words, stimulate desire and make it grow, then unite the secret space with the three recognitions, increase bliss by shaking and stirring, when the bindus gradually fall, cut off the stirring and protect the bliss experience, in the four chakras, joy, supreme joy, etc., practice as one's own body has the means. If the wisdom arising from means is self-illuminating, if there are memories and thoughts of empowerment, etc., there is no need to focus on the distinctions, in the state of desire-bliss, luminosity self-appears. If you fall into dullness, because the action is not blessed, cherish not losing the nature of wisdom. In any case, if the bindu is not lost, hold the tip of the vajra and protect your own nature. The antidote to curling up is the wheel, and it is also key to practice vigorously as before. After that, reverse upwards well, at that time, the antidote to the wind, the wheel, should also be practiced clearly and powerfully many times. In any case, not moving from the nature of wisdom, firmly occupying the key place is key. When the descending and raising reach the limit, co-emergent.
