Through the symbolism of empowerment, abiding in the essence of the meaning's reality, the great primordial purity and thorough cut-through, may phenomenal existence become the basis for wisdom. Strive to fully embrace the intention of the equality of samsara and nirvana. Place the lit lamp at the heart center. A! In the unconfused expanse of the womb, ignite the self-arisen awareness as a lamp. Through the empowerment of clarity and non-thought, may the primordial state be realized! Jñānadhātu A A A! Thus, by obtaining the fourth empowerment in the mandala of the great seal of phenomenal existence, may the obscurations of co-emergent knowledge be purified. May you be empowered to meditate on the meaning of the radiant vajra essence. Accomplish wrathful activities and spontaneously accomplished vidyādharas. May you become capable of attaining the body of immutable vajra manifest enlightenment. Fifth, for the sake of the complete great empowerment, through the empowerment of the complete three secrets of the great glorious vajra, the skull cup image, may the intention of the union of appearance and emptiness be realized. Pray to fully receive the inconceivable empowerment and blessings of qualities and activities. Place the skull cup image in five places. OM AH HUNG! The appearance aspect is the body of the great glorious deity. Emptiness is the profound, clear, and non-dual speech. The union is the uncompounded mind. May qualities and activities be completely fulfilled! HUNG HUNG HUNG HUNG HUNG! Thus, relying on the palace of the complete secret mudra bhanya, the empowerment of qualities and activities is obtained. Purify all subtle habitual obscurations without remainder. May you be empowered to accomplish the vast benefit of self and others through the two types of qualities and siddhis and the gates of limitless activities. Having thus completed the main part of the empowerment well, in order to quickly accomplish the supreme and common siddhis, bestow the two types of empowerment. First, generate desire for the empowerment of nectar medicine in this way. In the palace of medicine, visualize the great glorious Heruka deity and retinue clearly, from the three places of the body, streams of wisdom nectar light arise, white, red, and blue. As they dissolve into your three places, pray to receive the essence of the great glorious body, speech, mind, and great wisdom siddhis without remainder. Place the palace of medicine in three places. OM AH HUNG!

Oṃ āḥ hūṃ! The vessel and essence are inherently five ambrosias. Unfabricated, uncorrupted, of Heruka, the accomplishments of body, speech, and mind are bestowed. Bestow them here and make them firm. (Tibetan: ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱ་ཀ་ཙིཏྟ་བཛྲ་ཨ་མྲྀཏ་སིདྡྷི་, Devanagari: कायवाक्चित्तवज्रामृतसिद्धि, Romanized Sanskrit: kāyavākcittavajrāmṛtasiddhi, Literal Chinese: Body Speech Mind Vajra Ambrosia Accomplishment) Oṃ āḥ hūṃ! Dissolve the barriers with the song of Hūṃ. The deities dissolve into oneself in the form of light. The medicine transforms into an ocean of nectar, and with just the mantra, offer the essence to the deities. Oṃ Vajra Amrita Ala La Ho! Enjoy it yourself and give it to the disciples. The benefits of this are also stated in the scripture itself: All that is seen, felt, and experienced, purifies the obscurations of body, speech, and mind. One obtains the accomplishments of body, speech, and mind, and becomes inseparable from Heruka. Thus it is said. Second, offer a mandala as the price for requesting the auspicious longevity empowerment. Recite this supplication. Oṃ! With the great samaya of the past, please consider me, the supreme practitioner, with affection, and bestow all the accomplishments of immortal life and wisdom without exception. Third, if this longevity empowerment is conferred individually, then at this time, perform the purification of the lineage and the descent of blessings, etc., as in the common practice. At this time, it is also permissible to enter the longevity subsequence empowerment as a mere continuation of the above. If you wish to elaborate a little, then visualize yourselves as the great glorious, truly existing lord of life, with a red-colored body, three faces, and six arms. The first of the right hands holds a red lotus, and at the heart is a life-supporting sun-moon gau, clear, marked with a red life (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese: Hūṃ) and a red (Tibetan: ནྲྀ, Devanagari: नृ, Romanized Sanskrit: nṛ, Literal Chinese: ) syllable, obtain clarity. From the heart of the guru, visualized as the glorious Heruka, the lord of life, emanate rays of light like the glow of a rainbow, shaped like iron hooks, and a host of swift messengers like specks of sunlight. Hook and gather all of your life, the decline and increase of lifespan, and all the essence and quintessence of the stable and moving of samsara and nirvana, into the form of immortal nectar. Visualize that they seep and dissolve into the life-support at your heart and the practice substances in front of you. Do this, and recite the summoning of life according to the terma text. Holding the longevity sprig, visualize the longevity sprig appearing as great auspiciousness, descending upon the crown of your head. The light radiating from the heart gathers the life essence of both samsara and nirvana into the skull cup of the left hand, increasing and overflowing from it. Enter from the crown of your heads, filling the inside of your bodies. Diseases, evil spirits, sins, and untimely death.
