ra pā zha。

There are two ways to bestow: the instruction of transferring consciousness into the three bodies, like shooting an arrow through a star window, and the instruction of the unborn bardo, the self-liberation of sensations. The first has three aspects: transferring into the Dharmakaya, Sambhogakaya, and Nirmanakaya. The first is: focusing on the object to be transferred, the agent of transfer, and the place of transfer, that is, the three wheels are pure, the Dharmakaya Mahamudra beyond thought, and resting without distraction in the state of awareness. The second is the transfer to the Sambhogakaya: transforming desire into the wisdom of bliss and emptiness, transforming hatred into the mirror-like wisdom of non-attachment, transforming ignorance into the wisdom of the clear light Dharmadhatu, transforming pride into the wisdom of equality that is clear as a deity, and transforming jealousy into the wisdom of self-liberation and accomplishment. The third is the transfer to the Nirmanakaya: in the pure realm of self-appearance, in the ocean of pure realms, the inherent wisdom of the mind is transformed into Heruka. This should be done when all the outer, inner, and secret signs of death are present, not at other times. At that time, visualize yourself as the glorious Heruka, with the central channel straight in the middle of the body, like a straight arrow shaft, of medium thickness, red and oily, smooth and soft, clear and transparent, with the upper end inserted into the Brahma aperture and the lower end inserted into the secret place. Slightly adjust the air in the lower part, so that the lower channel contracts and the crown of the head appears to be open. Above it, the essence is your own root guru, but the form is the Bhagavan Akshobhya, blue, with the supreme adornments of the Sambhogakaya, with a blue Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) at his heart. In front of your own heart, the inseparable wind and mind are also a blue Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ). In this way, relying on the body posture and breath control, and uttering the sound "Hik", the consciousness, like an arrow shot from the central channel, dissolves into the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) at the heart of Akshobhya, and control the wind and awareness to the extent that they can be endured. Then, lower it to the heart and say "Ka". The signs of becoming familiar with such practice are that the crown of the head throbs, twitches, small pimples and blisters appear, and the air rushes upwards. Finally, when applying it to practice, after dissolving into Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ), visualize the Nirmanakaya of the supreme Heruka, inseparable from your own mind, rising upwards like an arrow shot by a great archer, piercing through the sun, moon, stars, and deities, and going to the Pure Land of Great Bliss, and remain inseparable from the qualities of the Pure Land and the appearance of the Guru. Ra Pa Zha. Gya Gya Gya. The transference of the three bodies.

The instructions on the Kadampa, like shooting an arrow through a star window. Second, the instructions on the unborn bardo, the self-liberation of sensations, are threefold: birth, dream, and the bardo of existence. The first is: Thus, from the moment of conception in the mother's womb until birth and before death. Second, the dream bardo is: From the gradual absorption of nocturnal appearances until the appearances of dreams cease. Third, the bardo of existence is: From the gradual absorption of death until a future body is obtained. Here, for the practice of the future life, at the end of the outer and inner stages of absorption, recognizing the union of the mother and son luminosity, the keenest attain the Dharmakaya; after the signs of uncertainty in the bardo are complete, rising as the deity's clear appearance, the body of union, the middling attain the Sambhogakaya; finally, going through rebirth, traversing with the remainder of the path, the dullest attain the Nirmanakaya. The first is: When the near and far signs of death are complete, and the pure luminosity of the son and the spontaneously accomplished luminosity of the mother merge like water flowing into the ocean, then, abiding in equanimity in awareness, the keenest, with the power of familiarity, attain the Dharmakaya. The second is: Without recognizing the luminosity, the karmic wind of consciousness departs from the aggregates, and the appearances of the bardo of existence arise. At this time, there are six uncertain signs: Place, conduct, enjoyment, mental phenomena, companions, and one's own body become uncertain, and when the unbearable appearances of delusion, fear, and terror arise, recognizing it as the bardo, in an instant, like a fish leaping from water, with the glorious Heruka, the consort of self-luminous awareness, abiding in equanimity in the body of clear emptiness and union, the middling, the mind body of the intermediate state itself attains the five-fold complete Sambhogakaya. The third is: The gandharva seeking the womb entrance, and when thoughts of attachment and aversion arise towards the parents, etc., of the place of future birth, visualizing the guru parents and oneself as the glorious Heruka, generating the wisdom of the four empowerments, in the womb palace, awareness transforms from the cause, Vajradhara, into the body of the result, completing the ten bhumis, the Nirmanakaya taken from the womb, in that life, through the power of previous training, relying on the uncommon path, with the remainder of the path.
