Possessing the splendor of a blazing dark blue-black, with three faces, the right one white, the left one red, and the middle one blue. Of the six hands, the three right hands hold a vajra, a khatvanga, and a small drum. The three left hands hold a bell, a red skull cup, and a lasso. The first two hands embrace the consort Krodheshvari Ma, holding a khatvanga and a skull cup filled with blood. Endowed with the nine moods of dance, adorned with splendor and charnel ground ornaments. The four feet stand in a throwing posture upon arrogant male and female beings and a lotus and sun disc seat. In the center of blazing wisdom fire, generate firm pride! The torma in front, which has already been prepared, should be visualized again and performed anew, so please aspire in this way. The torma, Mahakala, is: Great Black One, Possessing Splendor, etc., visualize as in the torma ritual. Straighten, blend, expand, empower, and urge on the lineage. Rays of light emanate from the heart of the Vajra Master. Urge on the mindstream of the Protector generated in front. From that, a second wisdom body emanates. Visualize that it dissolves into the Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，seed syllable) at your heart center, and the splendor of your body blazes unbearably like the light of a million suns. Hand over the torma. For the sake of protecting the Buddha's teachings and subduing evil enemies and obstructors, may you receive the supreme empowerment of the body of Raksha Mahakala. At the end of the mantra Guṇa Hṛdaya, recite Kaya Abhiṣiñca Oṃ (ཀཱ་ཡ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨོཾ，kāya abhiṣiñca oṃ，body empower oṃ). Again, rays of light emanate from the heart of the Vajra Master. Urge on the mindstream of the Protector generated in front. From the heart-essence, along with the mantra garland, a stream of nectar descends. Entering the disciple's mouth, it dissolves into the Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，seed syllable) at the heart center, visualize that speech has power and strength, blazing like the fire at the end of an eon. Give the foot-washing water poured with nectar into the torma. The bestowing words are as before, but change "of the body" to "of the speech," and change Kaya to Vāka (ཀཱ་ཡ་ལ་ཝཱ་ཀ༴ཨཱཿ，kāya la vāka āḥ，body speech āḥ). Again, due to generating devotion, a second mantra garland emanates from the mantra garland at the heart. It comes out from the mouth. Visualize that it enters your mouths and dissolves into the hook below the heart-essence Hūṃ syllable, and recite this mantra three times. Have everyone recite the heart mantra of the Protector three times. Again, rays of light emanate from the heart of the Vajra Master. Urge on the mindstream of the Protector generated in front. From his heart, the nature of wisdom, the form of hand implements, an immeasurable collection of khatvangas and skull cups filled with blood.
