唉，上师啊！不舍弃，悲切，中阴，目标。根本传承的补特伽罗上师啊！不舍弃，悲切，中阴，目标。本尊胜者如海啊！不舍弃，悲切，中阴，目标。护法具誓护法神啊！不舍弃，悲切，中阴，目标。祈请救护亡者！ 唉玛，唉玛！祈请垂念，以慈悲垂视！亡者因无明错乱之故，于六道轮回中漂泊。阿太特尔祖，被沉重的蕴束缚。有为的愿望如同彩虹般消失。死亡无常所掌控。到达恐惧中阴的险道。不由自主地被业力的阎罗追赶。无依无怙的目标啊！于轮回中漂泊，真是可怜！向救护之神呼唤求救！ 当诸元素崩解之时，四种恐怖之声充满虚空。祈请不要减少慈悲，救护我！祈请从恐怖的险道中解脱我！请加持我认识自性！当意识昏迷晕厥之时，如海市蜃楼般的火焰闪烁。祈请不要减少慈悲……从恐怖中……请加持我认识自性…… 当自现本尊坛城显现之时，声音、光明、光芒，不可思议。祈请不要减少慈悲……从恐怖中……请加持我认识自性…… 当堕入三深渊之时，沮丧、灰心、恐惧而哭泣。祈请不要减少慈悲……从恐怖中……请加持我认识自性…… 当六道中阴显现之时，各自执着于各自存在的血肉之躯。祈请不要减少慈悲……从恐怖中……请加持我认识自性…… 当不定之相显现之时，心神错乱，痛苦无法衡量。祈请不要减少慈悲……从恐怖中……请加持我认识自性…… 当独自一人漂泊无助之时，所有亲友的显现都变成敌人。祈请不要减少慈悲……从恐怖中……请加持我认识自性…… 当饥渴寒冷疲惫之时，所有饮食都看到脓血。祈请不要减少慈悲……从恐怖中……请加持我认识自性…… 当被阎罗的使者抓住之时，如同无肉的鸟被风吹动。慈悲……恐怖…… 请加持我认识自性！于中阴有之险道中，当目标亡者漂泊之时，慈悲的使者不要减少。我祈求救护，祈请救护我！祈请迅速从恐惧中救护我！愿获得中阴报身！目标亡者，请以慈悲摄受！如此念诵。

The deceased, due to ignorance and delusion, wanders in the cycle of the six realms. A-tha Ther Zu, bound by heavy aggregates. Conditioned aspirations vanish like rainbows. Death is seized by impermanence itself. Arriving at the terrifying Bardo pass. Involuntarily chased by the Lord of Death of karma. This aim, without refuge or protector! Wandering in samsara, it is truly pitiful! Crying out to the saving deity for help! When the elements disintegrate, the four terrifying sounds fill the empty space. Please do not diminish compassion, protect me! Please liberate me from the terrifying pass! Please bless me to recognize my own nature! When consciousness is unconscious and fainted, flames flicker like mirages. Please do not diminish compassion... from terror... Please bless me to recognize my own nature... When the self-arisen deity assembly appears, sound, light, and rays are inconceivable. Please do not diminish compassion... from terror... Please bless me to recognize my own nature... When falling into the three abysses, discouraged, disheartened, terrified, and sobbing. Please do not diminish compassion... from terror... Please bless me to recognize my own nature... When the six Bardo realms appear, each clinging to their own fleshy bodies of existence. Please do not diminish compassion... from terror... Please bless me to recognize my own nature... When uncertain signs appear, the mind is deranged, and suffering is immeasurable. Please do not diminish compassion... from terror... Please bless me to recognize my own nature... When wandering alone without help, all appearances of relatives and friends turn into enemies. Please do not diminish compassion... from terror... Please bless me to recognize my own nature... Take refuge! At this time, make the connection for transference of consciousness. Then make the supplication: Hūṃ! Listen, son of a fortunate lineage! Since the appearances of this life have faded, and the appearances of the next life have not yet arisen, abide in the intermediate state of existence. To the desires of this compounded life, release them without attachment or clinging! If you cling with attachment, you will experience immeasurable suffering. Therefore, with the strength of faith, supplicate the vast assembly of peaceful and wrathful deities, and entrust your awareness. Emaho! From the palace of the naturally pure dharmadhatu, to the unchanging guru, the great Vajradhara, supplicate with fervent devotion and longing. Bless me to master the swift and profound path of transference, and to attain Buddhahood in one lifetime! Wandering in samsara due to the power of ignorance, I have fallen into a pit of inescapable suffering and sorrow. Bound by the clinging to this deceptive, wretched body, from this impure, muddy abode of afflictions, may this self-aware, inexpressible, empty, and luminous essence be transferred to the irreversible, pure, great bliss realm, into the heart of Amitabha! From the palace of the vast expanse of dharmata, to the dharmakaya Samantabhadra, father and mother, and retinue, with fervent devotion and longing, and so forth. From the mandala of the pure five-colored light bindus, to the sambhogakaya five families, father and mother, and retinue, with devotion, and so forth. From the mandala pervaded by clear, radiant white light, to Vajrasattva, the lord who encompasses all families, with devotion, and so forth. In the pure lands where beings are taught according to their needs, to the assembly of deities of the four classes of tantra, with devotion, and so forth. In the boundless, vast pure lands of the ten directions, to all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the three times, with devotion, and so forth. In the pure land of Sukhavati in the west, to the dharmakaya Amitabha and retinue, with devotion, and so forth. From the mandala where beings are guided and benefited, to the sambhogakaya Great Compassionate One and retinue, with devotion, and so forth. From the radiant palace of Ngayab Palri, to the nirmanakaya Padmasambhava and retinue, with devotion, and so forth. Hūṃ Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：हुँ ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：吽 舍)! From the supreme, sacred place of primordial purity, free from elaboration, to the Sugata Buddhas, the gurus of the mind lineage, with devotion, and so forth. From the pure palace of appearance and emptiness as play, to the self-arisen vidyadharas, the gurus of the symbol lineage, with devotion, and so forth.
