传授完毕。 སྱ་མྱ་ཡྱ༔ （藏文）རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ༔（藏文） སོ་ཕག་ཤི་ཐཾ༔（藏文） 如果落入没有誓言的人手中，世界将会毁灭。གྷུ་ཧྱ༔（藏文，秘密） 据说，这是噶之自在耶谢若巴匝从桑耶寺迎请来的。 吉祥黑马头金刚心髓修法。 顶礼大黑忿怒尊之身。 我莲花生， 将黑夜叉束缚于誓言。 汇集所有傲慢者的命心， 为后世利益而著修法。 皈依、无量心、发菩提心后， 安住于万法皆空的境界中。 然后，以咒语的自声， 如水上水泡般涌现， 观想大威力忿怒尊之身。 མ་ཧཱ་ཀྲོ་དྷ་ཧ་ཡ་གྲཱི་ཝ་ཧཱུྃ༔（藏文，梵文天城体，mahākrodhahayagrīvahūṃ，大忿怒马头明王吽） 从空性中，虚空界， 出现红黑火焰大帐篷， 放射炽热粗糙的火焰。 其中心，烦恼、死主， 五蕴以及天魔， 与眷属妻众交织之上， 国王种姓、婆罗门、贵族种姓， 平民、贱民、地神百万， 以及四大凶猛神灵堆砌之上， 日月莲花座垫之上， 仅从忆念而生起本尊身， 即是黑马头金刚之身。 身躯遍布三界一切处， 一面二臂三眼尊， 嗔恨之眼赤红圆睁，血海翻腾， 张口卷舌，锋利无比， 龇牙咧嘴，胡须燃烧， 眉毛姜黄色，如闪电般划过， 铁发如剃刀般锋利， 背部鬃毛向四面八方放射， 头顶马头呈蓝绿色， 鬃毛、胡须如火焰般燃烧， 火星噼啪作响，红黄相间， 眼球突出，如日月般闪耀， 一声巨响，降伏三有， 右手挥舞燃烧的宝剑， 将敌魔头身剁成粉末， 左手持铁钩和绳索， 勾摄敌魔心，束缚其力， 双足呈弓步，伸屈威慑， 上半身披着田野皮和羊毛， 下半身围着虎皮裙， 其上披着黑色大氅， 五骷髅顶饰于头上， 国王种姓的白蛇缠绕于头顶， 婆罗门的红绳装饰耳颈， 贵族种姓的黄色条纹装饰手臂， 平民的绿色环绕脚踝， 贱民的黑色项链垂挂， 五十颗鲜血淋漓的人头装饰， 从抖动的发丝间， 无数小忿怒尊如雨般降下。

Guhya. （藏文，Secret） It is said that this was invited from Samye Monastery by Gar gyi Wangchuk Yeshe Rolpa Tsal. The Practice of the Heart Essence of Glorious Black Hayagriva. Homage to the body of the Great Powerful Black Wrathful One. I, Padmasambhava, bound the Black Yaksha by oath. Collected the life essence of all the arrogant ones, and composed this practice for the benefit of future generations. After taking refuge, generating immeasurable compassion, and cultivating the mind of enlightenment, rest in the state of emptiness of all things. Then, with the natural sound of the mantra, like bubbles bursting on water, visualize the body of the Great Powerful Wrathful One. Mahākrodhahayagrīvahūṃ. （藏文，梵文天城体，mahākrodhahayagrīvahūṃ，Great Wrathful Hayagriva Hūṃ） From the state of emptiness, the realm of space, a great tent of red-black fire appears, radiating hot and rough flames. In its center, afflictions, the Lord of Death, the aggregates, and the demons of the gods, above the intertwined assembly of consorts, above the stacked ranks of kings, Brahmins, nobles, commoners, outcasts, and hundreds of thousands of earth lords, above the four great fierce spirits, on the seat of the sun, moon, and lotus, generate the deity's body from mere recollection, which is the body of Black Hayagriva. The body pervades all three realms, with one face, two arms, and three eyes, the wrathful eyes are red and round, swirling with a sea of blood, the mouth is open, the tongue curled, sharp as a razor, the fangs are bared, the beard and mustache blaze, the eyebrows are yellowish-brown, flashing like lightning, the iron hair is sharp as razors, the mane radiates in all directions from the back. The crown is a greenish-blue horse head, the mane and beard blaze like a firestorm, red and yellow sparks crackle, the bulging eyes shine with the brilliance of the sun and moon, a resounding roar subdues the three realms. The right hand brandishes a blazing sword, chopping the heads and bodies of enemies and obstacles into powder, the left hand holds an iron hook and a lasso, hooking the hearts of enemies and obstacles, binding their power. The two legs are in a striding posture, extended and bent in a threatening manner, the upper body is adorned with a field skin and sheepskin, the lower body is wrapped in a tiger skin skirt, over which is worn a large black cloak, the head is adorned with five dry skulls, a white snake of the royal caste is bound on the head, a red Brahmin thread adorns the ears and neck, yellow stripes of the noble caste adorn the arms, green rings of the commoner caste encircle the ankles, a black necklace of the outcast hangs down, adorned with fifty dripping human heads, from the shaking hair, countless small wrathful ones descend like rain.
