示现莲花黑汝嘎大权马头金刚嬉戏之相，为了利益众生，随顺其根器和意愿，将他们引入同一坛城。为了后世弟子的利益，依靠所宣讲和住持的甚深广大的经、律、论的差别，在争斗末世，大权法旨降临的以导师龙自在为主的，获得殊胜成就融入体验的持明者们，阐述了许多或繁或简的口诀法统。特别是与大权忿怒尊无二无别的金刚阿阇黎莲花生，为了调伏一切应调伏的众生，并特别为了调伏业愿成熟之时降临雪域的殊胜所化，观照他们的意乐、时处和情况，造作了许多大大小小的黑红马头金刚修法口诀。大部分为了未来末世难以调伏的所化众生，埋藏在许多伏藏品类中，而如今正当其时的此窍诀法类是，莲花生大师和空行母卡钦匝的意修甚深法，赐予大译师贝若扎纳的口传教授，观照到末法时期。经文中说：我莲花生导师，为了摧毁末世非时死亡的军队，将此甚深口诀为了具缘者的利益而使用。有朝一日后世之时，与心子相遇，愿利生事业广大圆满。如是所说，外坛城马头金刚和内坛城化身寿命坛城，是完整修持次第的稀有深奥之法。是外能遣除黑方魔类和曜、龙、人三者的违缘，内能平息寿命的障碍，是能迅速获得殊胜共同成就之法。是圣地中的殊胜者，第二扎日扎（Tsari Tra）的珍宝岩圣地之精华，吉祥天母邬金空行密室，是极其隐秘的伏藏。在调伏所化众生的时机成熟之际，教法如海的主人，大译师贝若等，在如海的诸佛刹土中广为人知和赞叹的，所有身之转世，聚集了一切教法的智悲力三者的事业。

Showing the manner of play of Padma Heruka, the great powerful Hayagriva, for the benefit of beings, in accordance with their faculties and wishes, they lead them into the same mandala. For the benefit of future disciples, relying on the profound and vast differences of sutras, tantras, and precepts that are taught and upheld, in the degenerate age of strife, the vidyadharas who received the command of the great empowerment speech, led by the master Nagarjuna, whose supreme accomplishments were integrated into their experience, explained many expanded and condensed oral instruction lineages. In particular, the Vajra Acharya Padmakara, who is no different from the great powerful wrathful one, for the purpose of taming all those who need to be tamed, and especially for taming the excellent beings to be tamed in the snowy lands when their karma and aspirations ripen, considering their inclinations, times, places, and circumstances, composed many large and small sadhana instructions for the black and red Hayagriva. Mostly for the sake of the difficult-to-tame beings of the future degenerate age, they were hidden in many categories of treasures, but this instruction cycle that has come at the right time is the profound Dharma of the heart essence of the great master Padmakara and Jomo Kharchenza, the oral transmission bestowed upon the great translator Vairochana, considering the end of time. As it says in the text: "I, the master Padmakara, will use this profound instruction to destroy the army of untimely death in the degenerate age for the benefit of the fortunate. When you meet this heart son in a future time, may your activities for the benefit of beings be vast and complete." As it is said, the outer mandala Hayagriva and the inner mandala of the emanation life mandala are a rare and profound method of complete practice. It is the antidote to the obstacles of the black side of demons and the three: planets, nagas, and humans, and it pacifies the obstacles to inner life. It is that which quickly attains supreme and common accomplishments. It is the most excellent of places, the essence of the sacred place of the second Tsari Tra, the precious rock, the secret cave of the Dakinis of Glorious Deu'u Orgyen, a very secret treasure. When the time has come to tame the beings to be tamed, the master of the ocean of teachings, the great translator Vairo, and so on, are renowned and praised in the ocean of Buddhafields. The activities of all the embodiments of the body, which gather the three qualities of wisdom, compassion, and power of all the teachings.

Having transcended mundane months, the all-accomplishing Jamgön Chökyi Gyalpo, the 7th Pema Garwang Lodrö Thaye, who has attained the prophecies of the Victorious Ones, retrieved the secret treasure from that very treasure site and subsequently embraced the assembly of fortunate supreme ones. From the cycle of the Secret Essence of the Heart, endowed with the blessings and splendor of maturation and liberation, concerning the profound ripening empowerment of the longevity accomplishment of the Deathless Empowerment, connected with the nectar vase activity, I have perfectly completed all the necessary actions for the accomplishment of the precious treasure vase. Now, with the intention that you all may receive such a profound empowerment that is inseparable from the lama and the great empowerment holder, offer the mandala. Thus, communicate and guide the offering. Then, with intense devotion, palms joined together with flowers, supplicate the master who clearly appears as the embodiment of the Great Empowerment Hayagriva, and repeat after me: HUNG! (藏文：ཧོ༔) Supreme bestower of immortality, god of gods! (藏文：འཆི་མེད་མཆོག་སྩོལ་ལྷ་ཡི་ལྷ༔) Through the kindness of the Vajra Master! (藏文：རྡོ་རྗེ་སློབ་དཔོན་བཀའ་དྲིན་གྱིས༔) Grant me the supreme empowerment of immortality! (藏文：བདག་ལ་འཆི་མེད་དབང་མཆོག་སྩོལ༔) I shall accomplish it according to the command. (藏文：བཀའ་བཞིན་རྗེས་སུ་བསྒྲུབ་པར་བྱ༔) Repeat three times. Having supplicated in this way, the Vajra Master, inseparable from the lord of the mandala, opens the door of knowledge and compassion, bestows the permission of speech, and advises on the points of training, so please listen attentively. (藏文：སྙན་གཏོད་འཚལ།) And grant protection. HUNG! (藏文：ཧོ༔) In the secret longevity mandala! (藏文：ཡང་གསང་ཚེ་ཡི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དུ༔) In order to attain the two kinds of accomplishments! (藏文：དངོས་གྲུབ་རྣམ་གཉིས་འཐོབ་བྱའི་ཕྱིར༔) I bestow the supreme empowerment! (藏文：དབང་མཆོག་དམ་པ་བདག་གིས་སྦྱིན༔) Always uphold the samaya of approach and accomplishment! (藏文：བསྙེན་སྒྲུབ་དམ་ཚིག་རྒྱུན་དུ་ཟུངས༔) Thus, proclaim the command. The Great Empowerment Hayagriva, the self-appearing wisdom mandala, the lama inseparable from the Three Roots, the Victorious Ones, and the Dharma Protectors, abiding pervadingly in space, with the intention of taking refuge with the three kinds of excellence, repeat after me: Namo! (藏文：ན་མོ༔) From this time onwards, I and others! (藏文：བདག་གཞན་དུས་འདི་ནས་བཟུང་སྟེ༔) Until the essence of enlightenment is not attained! (藏文：བྱང་ཆུབ་སྙིང་པོ་མ་འཐོབ་བར༔) To the lama, yidam, and dakini! (藏文：བླ་མ་ཡི་དམ་མཁའ་འགྲོ་ལ༔) With the three doors, I respectfully take refuge! (藏文：སྒོ་གསུམ་གུས་པས་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆི༔) Repeat three times. May all sentient beings, mothers and fathers pervading space, be placed in the state of Padma Wangchen. For that purpose, enter the fierce mandala, and relying on the skillful means of maturation and liberation, become the successors of Vajradhara, generate the clear intention, and repeat after me: Namo! (藏文：ན་མོ༔) From now until samsara is empty.
