Now they came and prostrated, offered the essence of life, and took vows. Then, the master turned the wheel of the general agreement of the king and brought it under control. Then, by placing the wheel at Seder Kha (place name), they were liberated from the harm of the eight classes of beings. The land is peaceful and auspicious. This is the manifestation of the history and origin of the wheel. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Athi! The order of writing the wheel: On Chinese paper or white silk, grind Chinese ink, musk, and white sandalwood. In the belly of malicious beings, Draw four concentric circles. Draw two pairs each of subduing lions and scorpions, that is, four pairs of male and female. Be sure to connect their bellies. Arrange eight spokes. Draw the shape of a crystal mirror in the belly, and write this mantra inside it: Om Vajra Sarva Dushtan Nan E Hur Thum Jäh Tri Maraya Rbad! (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, Chinese literal meaning) Encircle this, in the center is: The white sentient king of the crystal mirror, do not break the oath! Tri Du Tri Dza Nan! Samaya Dam Dza Dza! Protect the holder! Write like this. On its outer circle, write the life mantras of the eight minor kings, and "Protect the holder." In the northwest, write the black earth iron. In the northeast, write the variegated middle iron. All these should be drawn as images. Or after each name, write: Do not break the oath!
