Without surpassing the mother, partake of this red flesh and blood torma, please accomplish the entrusted activities of the yogi. Then, throwing the zorma: Hūṃ! I am the form of the great powerful blazing one, residing in the upper and lower directions, the gods, nāgas, protectors of the directions, and local deities, all of you move aside! This wheel of torma and weapons, embodying the combined power and strength of the great powerful one, I hurl at the vicious enemies and obstructors, please destroy them like particles of dust! Oṃ hrīḥ vajra krodha hayagrīva vajra caṇḍa sarva duṣṭān eja bhyo hūṃ phaṭ! Uttering the sound "di ri ri," throw the zorma. Then, measuring the torma, protect the steadfast mothers: Bhyo! Great glorious father and mother, obedient ones, seven ḍākinīs of the vajra family, partake of this samaya substance torma, please accomplish the peaceful activities! Bhyo! Seven ḍākinīs of the ratna family, partake of this samaya substance torma, please accomplish the enriching activities! Bhyo! Seven ḍākinīs of the padma family, partake of this samaya substance torma, please accomplish the magnetizing activities! Bhyo! Seven ḍākinīs of the karma family, partake of this samaya substance torma, please accomplish the wrathful activities! Bhyo! Assembly of attendants of the great powerful father and mother, twenty-eight īśvarīs, thirty-two, ging and langka, lords of the charnel grounds, seven mothers, four gates, four sisters, assembly of eight burners and sixty-four, before the great powerful lotus, according to the vows and commitments made, partake of this torma of command, please accomplish the entrusted activities! Thus, cleanse the torma plate with nectar and offer. Then, perform the horse dance, placing the torma plate face down with a liṅga underneath, and say this: Hrīḥ! From the red and black triangular maṇḍala, the wrathful king Hayagrīva in wrathful form, inseparable Vajravārāhī as the mother, holding a curved knife, skull cup, and khaṭvāṅga, horse-headed, pig-faced, emitting loud sounds, amidst the cluster of suffering and disease, the playful horse dance, cheme se cheme! In the first circle of the horse dance, the great dance that subdues the four māras, the ḍākinī who subdues pride, strike now for the assembly of the ten realms! In the second, intermediate circle of the horse dance, the enjoyment dance of the rākṣasas who devour flesh, the ḍākinī who subdues hatred, strike now for the assembly of bhūtas! In the third, final circle of the horse dance, the dance of the three realms, drinking blood and disease, the ḍākinī who subdues ignorance, cut the tumor of saṃsāric disease!
