从“尊者之子”开始，被清净的姐妹眷属围绕，祈愿降临此地赐予吉祥！如此念诵，并在每句诗节之间念诵普ุณ्ये（藏文：པུཎྱེ，梵文天城体：पुण्ये，梵文罗马拟音：puṇye，汉语字面意思：福德）。摇动铃铛，散播鲜花。然后，弟子们将双手交叉，右边放置长寿瓶，左边放置长寿宝瓶，念诵“双手如盛开的白莲花”的诗节，并伴随念诵。同样地，给予长寿丸，念诵“吉祥殊胜之食物”等。给予长寿酒，念诵“具足五种精华”等。延长寿命，守护无生无死！如是说之义，在心间有长寿所依之脉轮，于眉间中央，红色三角火焰燃烧的虚空中，吉祥马头明王身红色，一面二手，右手持旃檀木棒，左手作忿怒印，头顶有绿色马头闪耀，具足一切忿怒之相，以一切尸陀林之装束严饰，双足以勇士之姿站立，观想守护一切寿命之障碍。念诵“于阿瓦都提之门”等诗节。用朱砂在眉间点吉祥痣。如此，为了感谢圆满获得长寿灌顶之恩德，请献上曼达拉，如是说后献上曼达拉。后续之事宜：如仪轨般进行会供和供养残食。保密于非器之人，愿与具器之人相遇！如是说，师徒一切皆以会供轮之喜宴令其满足。如此甚深之法，不应向非器之人随意传播，对于具器之人，应毫无保留地施予，等等，通过了解情况，成办自他之利益。如是，此甚深长寿灌顶极为著名，追随者各自的观点虽多有不同，然以大导师亲自赐予成就者阿达雅的“无死寿命小堡垒”即著名的长寿法为基础，并以全知班丹桑给所著之灌顶仪轨阐明其实修，上师传承诸师之仪轨补充与经文不相违背，且为必要之吉祥偈颂稍作增补。

Starting from "Son of the Lord," surrounded by the retinue of pure sisters, may auspiciousness be bestowed upon your arrival here! Recite this, and in between each verse, recite Punya (藏文：པུཎྱེ，梵文天城体：पुण्ये，梵文罗马拟音：puṇye，汉语字面意思：Merit). Ring the bell and scatter flowers. Then, the disciples cross their hands, placing the long-life arrow on the right and the long-life vase on the left, and recite the verse "Both hands are at the tip of a blooming white lotus," accompanied by recitation. Similarly, give long-life pills, reciting "Supreme food of auspiciousness," and so on. Give long-life wine, reciting "Possessing the five essences," and so on. Extend life, protect from birth and death! As it is said, in the heart, at the central point of the eyebrows, where the life-sustaining chakra is located, in the midst of a red triangular flame, visualize glorious Hayagriva, with a red body, one face, and two hands, the right hand holding a sandalwood club, the left hand making a threatening mudra, a green horse head shining on the crown of his head, complete with all wrathful aspects, adorned with all charnel ground ornaments, with one foot standing in a heroic stance, thinking that he protects all obstacles to life. Recite the verse "At the gate of Avadhuti," and so on. Apply a vermillion mark on the eyebrow center. Thus, to express gratitude for having perfectly received the long-life empowerment, please offer a mandala, and after saying this, offer the mandala. Subsequent activities: Perform the tsok and offerings according to the ritual. Keep it secret from those who are not vessels, may we meet with those who are vessels! As it is said, may all the teachers and disciples be satisfied with the joyous feast of the tsok wheel. Such profound Dharma should not be casually spread to those who are not vessels, and to those who are vessels, it should be given without reservation, etc., accomplishing the benefit of oneself and others through understanding the situation. Thus, this profound long-life empowerment is very famous, and although the views of the followers differ in many ways, it is based on the letter of the "Small Fortress of Immortal Life," the famous long-life practice, which the great teacher personally bestowed upon the accomplished Adar, and its practice is clarified by the empowerment ritual composed by Omniscient Palden Sangye. The supplementary practices of the lineage lamas do not contradict the scriptures, and a few auspicious verses that are definitely necessary have also been added.

Adorned with ends. Because in meaning, it is arranged without being stained by self-made dirt, please do not mix, subtract, or add to it individually. Based on the great teacher's life chart, like the words and letters of the founder of this tradition, this life practice empowerment is well arranged. May those who are fortunate and wise practice it. Such qualified scripture texts, for places where the eyes and ears have not reached, self-composed written practices, no matter how detailed, brief, or numerous, what is the need for them? From this accumulated pile of virtuous white clouds, may this new stream of profound secret rain that descends well eliminate the suffering of untimely death, and may it live long with the immortal nectar! Thus, the method of accomplishing the immortal life achievement through the gate of Padma Wangchen Yangsang Khropa, arranged in the manner of a black-knowing path, is that the Yangsang Khropa yogi Lodro Gyatso, in the sacred place of Palgyi Zabu Lungde Deshek Duspai Phodrang, has arranged it well. By this virtue, may all interruptions to the lives of myself and others be pacified, and may all supreme and common achievements be easily accomplished! From the happy and vast pure land, the immortal Victor Amitayus, surrounded by life deities and goddesses, comes to this place and bestows auspiciousness. From the palace of Padma Wang, the wrathful king Padma Heruka, surrounded by the wrathful deity of life and wrathful mothers, comes to this place and bestows auspiciousness. From the top of the Copper-Colored Mountain, the vidyadhara Padmasambhava, surrounded by life-vidyadhara dakinis.
