May all desired activities be accomplished swiftly without any obstacles. Thus it is said. The confession is as follows: HRIH! From the compassionate manifestation of the Lord of Dance, As the embodiment of the lord of all who protect the world, The great deity couple and retinue, supremely established, Please listen to me with compassion and consider me. We are controlled by ignorance and delusion, Bound by desire, anger, and ignorance, And all the faults inherent in our nature, We confess and repent with intense remorse. Towards the pure and complete deity form of existence, With impure, ordinary appearances, attachment, and clinging to reality, Neglecting meditation and practice, straying into non-virtuous distractions, We confess and repent the violation of the body's samaya. Towards the indestructible nature of wind mantra nada, Bound by conventional letters, symbols, and signs, Impure recitations mixed with meaningless chatter and delusions, We confess and repent the violation of the speech's samaya. Towards all dharmas being primordially free from elaboration, Dividing with grasping and fixation, conceptual thoughts, and signs, Not realizing the true nature, bewildered in the darkness of illusion, We confess and repent the violation of the mind's samaya. Completely perfecting all qualities and purifying all faults, As the wisdom manifestation of the victorious ones with their children, Measuring with narrow-minded, one-sided thoughts, And so on. We confess and repent the violation of the qualities' samaya. Accomplishing all desires with the four activities, Fulfilling hopes without obstruction like a wish-fulfilling jewel, Employing them for trivial tasks with childish minds, And so on. We confess and repent the violation of the activity's samaya. Although having taken the great branch of Vajra, From the samayas that are common and special, Whatever transgressions and violations have occurred, We confess and repent, please purify and cleanse. Thus, recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra. The offering ritual for the treasure guardian medicine goddesses: Visualize yourself as the deity, and from the light rays of your heart, invoke the five medicine sisters and their retinue. Kye! In Pangkina, south of the sun, In the land adorned with precious rock paintings, In the center of the lush medicinal forest, From the palace surrounded by turquoise lakes, Medicine goddess Turquoise Lamp, The five delightful and beautiful sisters, And accompanied by hundreds of thousands of retinues, With joy and love, please come here now.
