If you break the vows, you will have a short life and many illnesses, and various inauspicious and evil circumstances will arise in this life. The demon lord, Lion-faced Mother and Father, will not delay, they will cut off your life force, and your red heart's blood will surely spill onto the ground. After death, you will fall into the Avici hell, and for countless eons, you will experience unbearable suffering. Furthermore, this meaning of the innermost secret, unsurpassable [teachings], outside this retreat room, to those without vows, not even a whisper is allowed.

From the fully enlightened Buddha downwards, Do not despise even ordinary people. In short, for the human speech of living beings, And all the sounds of the elements, Do not generate hatred or anger, Generate faith in the speech of the Lama and Yidam. The vow of mind is to abandon even the slightest non-virtuous thoughts, Cultivate the love that can exchange self and others, And compassion, the precious Bodhicitta. The vow of body is to not be separated from the generation stage of the noble Akashagarbha. The vow of speech is to recite the supreme ten-syllable mantra without interruption. The vow of mind is to rest in the state of equality, all-pervading great bliss. By keeping these sacred vows in this way, temporarily, You will also have long life and be free from illness, And all your wishes will be effortlessly fulfilled and accomplished as desired.
