Hand over the Dharma wheel: By the sacred Dharma of the Buddhas of the three times, in order to cross the ocean of samsara, you, the intelligent one, please turn the Wheel of Dharma. Hand over the phurba: Hum! (Tibetan, ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari, हुँ, Sanskrit Romanization, hūṃ, Hum!) If self-grasping is liberated, then the three realms are liberated, whatever enemy or obstacle is targeted, reduce it to dust, please perform manifest and wrathful activities. Om Vajra Kili Kilaya Enemy Obstacle Maraya Phat! (Tibetan, ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཀཱི་ལི་ཀཱི་ལ་ཡ་དགྲ་བགེགས་མཱ་ར་ཡ་ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari, ॐ वज्र कीलि कीलाय द्र बगेक्ष मारय फट, Sanskrit Romanization, oṃ vajra kīli kīlāya dra bagekṣa māraya phaṭ, Om, Vajra, Kilaya, Kilaya, Enemy, Obstacle, Destroy, Phat!) Thus, bestow all the subsequent permission empowerments. Connect as in the common ritual, Extensively spread auspicious words. Then, for the sealing of the samaya, bathe the surface of the mirror with water from the vase, and recite the Sugata Buddhas, etc. Bestow the inner offering of nectar, O! Listen, sons of fortunate lineage, starting from the common preliminaries, the vows of individual liberation, bodhisattva, and the five lineages, all the samayas of the unsurpassed mantra, until enlightenment is attained, do not abandon them even for the sake of your life. Breaking the vows leads to short life and many diseases, the seventy-five glorious protectors, will devour you before the year passes, after death you will fall into the Vajra Hell, and experience suffering without liberation for eons. Therefore, protect them, you fortunate ones, this empowerment of great compassion, outside this dwelling, even a single word towards the wind, must not be leaked, protect it as a samaya. Thus, proclaim the vows. Listen!
