Resides in the body. The meaning of the Great Perfection of self-arisen wisdom, Resides within oneself, no need to seek it elsewhere. Without action, without effort, it merges into the realm of awareness. Those who do not realize this, beings of small intellect, Fall into the trap of concepts of acceptance and rejection, and signs. By clinging to mere appearances, Even if they strive for eons, they will not be liberated. Therefore, the meaning of the truly perfect Great Perfection, Become familiar with this essence of profound thought. This, which is labeled as "fault," Has never existed from the beginning, so cut off its root. This, which is labeled as "virtue," Requires no effort or accomplishment, it is complete within oneself from the beginning. This wisdom that transcends both fault and virtue, Can only be represented by primordial purity and freedom from elaboration. Clinging to appearance and emptiness as two is a mistaken path. Appearance has never been established as a thing, it has never appeared. From the beginning, it has never changed, it has never been empty. This nature of mind that transcends appearance and emptiness, Has no binding from the beginning, so there is no need for liberation. In the mandala of awareness, where skillful appearances arise spontaneously, There is no clinging from the beginning, so there is no need for liberation. Because the meaning of the self-arisen essence is realized, There is no calculation of right and wrong, so there is no need for liberation. All the various terms labeled as "liberation," Are provisional meanings, not definitive meanings. This nature of mind that transcends both liberation and delusion, In the definitive words realized through the kindness of the guru, "Liberation" is merely a label. The words that represent primordial purity, the natural state, and so on, Are only partial representations, They are free from the path of words that say "this is it." There is no prohibition of anything that says "this is not it." This nature of mind that transcends both right and wrong, In the definitive words realized through the kindness of the guru, It is labeled as "cutting through imputation." This nature of mind that transcends both cause and condition, Is free from the extremes of permanence and annihilation from the beginning. This instruction of self-illuminating awareness, free from extremes, Is the great path of the supreme, unsurpassed enlightenment. In the realization where the instruction becomes manifest, It is labeled as "perfected Buddha." The inconceivable qualities of the greatness of the Buddha, Are the essence of realizing self-arisen wisdom. The inconceivable profound secret tantras, Are spoken to tame beings, because the Buddha's wisdom of knowledge is unceasing. Although the various tantras spoken in this way, Are the essence of realizing one's own nature of mind, There is no difference other than that.

Ma, son of the heart's essence! Such a profound and secret instruction as this is the sattva (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) that cuts the root of samsara. It is the sword that cuts through the clinging to delusion and liberation. It is the great medicine that cuts the root of hope and fear. It is the heart essence extracted from all instructions. This is not seen by the mind of the doctrine of straightforward meaning. Following after words and terms does not cut off the extremes. The eye of a foolish meditator does not see the meaning. The confinement that blocks realization, even meditation becomes a wrong path. Who can realize this effortless, self-arising meaning? Liberate in this victorious field of appearance, existence, samsara, and nirvana. Enjoy in the state of great bliss, without acceptance or rejection. Therefore, having received the fourth empowerment, with the intention of constantly studying the four extremely special vows, recite this after me. Explain with "How the main deity" and the previous order. Seventh, the empowerment of the power of awareness. In the center of the mandala is blue, surrounded by five layers of colored circles. Behind it are four layers of blue circles. Behind that, on the circle, the essence of the five Buddha families, father and mother, is the same color as the family. Behind that, on the wide circle, are written the manifestations of the nature of reality, such as rainbow rays, bindus, fine dots, strings of pearls, etc., and in the center is placed a statue of Avalokiteśvara made of precious jewels. Finally, on top of the five colors of silk that are laid out separately, are placed containers of various colors, in which the essence is poured in the same way as changing the color of water with watercolor. Crystal mirrors are displayed. Make strong prayers to the lineage of lamas and bestow blessings. Bathe the Vajrasattva statue dressed in various silk clothes. If the student is a continuation of the previous empowerment, then there is no need for bathing, etc. After that, in order to request the ultimate empowerment of the Great Compassion Lamp, offer a mandala as the accumulation of the power of awareness, the self-liberation of light. Recite this prayer. Emaho! Vajra Master, with the rays of compassion, please eliminate the darkness of ignorance and delusion of all sentient beings in samsara, and bestow the supreme empowerment of the self-manifestation of wisdom. Repeat three times. After that, along with the sound of the ḍākinī drum, the teacher and students together make strong prayers to the lineage of lamas. The teacher holds the Vajrasattva statue and the crystal mirror in his right and left hands. Emaho! Karma and fortune.
