开启坛城之门时，慈悲的护法誓言者们，各自显现殊胜庄严的身相后，对于大悲观世音的随行传承者们，如子般照料所托之事，恒常不断地守护救助吗？莫违背往昔所立誓言，享用这血肉赤红的朵玛，成就瑜伽士所托之事业！之后，估量朵玛，供养坚牢地母： 吽 舍！ 苍穹之上，雪山之巅，绿野花园与森林边缘，雪域藏地边隅与中心安住的，守护世间藏地的坚牢地母众， 药叉具光母与真实智母， 康拉玉本卡拉琼尊母， 梅朵达沃北方定莫尊， 赛塔尔玛与衮桑香提巴， 龙女大自在光等等， 汝等往昔誓言坚定者，从各自居处无余降临于此！ 往昔莲师尊前，如何承诺立誓，如是享用血肉庄严的朵玛，守护瑜伽行者眷属，遣除违缘障碍，迅速成就所托之事业！ 玛玛兴，玛玛兴！ 伊当 巴林达 卡卡卡嘿！ 如是，以甘露荡涤朵玛盘而作供养。 之后，名为马舞： 将朵玛盘置于须弥山下，猛烈地勾招、遣返敌魔，众姐妹手牵手连接成环。 吽 舍！ 以慈悲调伏众生的坛城中， 调伏障碍邪魔之神， 忿怒之王马头明王， 发出凶猛威慑之声， 威严的马鸣 策热热， 忿怒的雷声 呜汝汝， 欢快的马舞 彻姆瑟彻姆， 将邪魔誓魔化为微尘！ 舍 班玛达 哲达 赫利 格热瓦 呼鲁呼鲁 吽 啪！ 亚玛 邪魔 萨瓦 斯丹巴亚 南！ 如是驱逐镇压。 之后，金刚杵从坛城边缘收摄， 吽！ 法身无生，远离戏论边际，然慈悲坛城无杂圆满显现，解除所化众生的所有痛苦后，复又融入法界无生之境。 念诵阿 अली嘎力（梵文天城体：अलि कलि，梵文罗马拟音：ali kali，汉语字面意思：阿黎嘎黎）和百字明以作圆满。 智慧尊降临， 三昧耶尊返回自处， 智慧本尊返回本位。

When the door of the mandala is opened, may all the Dharma-protecting oath-bound ones of compassion, having shown their supreme and sacred forms, care for the followers and lineage holders of Great Compassion like a son fulfilling his entrusted task, and constantly protect and guard them without ceasing? Without transgressing the vows made in the past, may you accept this red flesh and blood torma, and accomplish the entrusted activities of the yogi! Then, estimating the torma, propitiate the steadfast earth mothers: Hum Hrih! Above the blue sky and the peaks of snow mountains, in the verdant meadows, pleasure gardens, and forest edges, residing in all the borders and centers of the snowy land, assembly of steadfast earth mothers who protect the world of Tibet, Yaksha Glorious Mother and Correct Knowledge Mother, Kongla Yubun Kharag Khyunjungtsunma, Metok Dawa Northern Tingmo Tsun, Ser Tharma and Kunsang Shanti Pal, Great Naga Mother Zibar and so forth, You who hold firm to your past vows, come here without exception from your respective abodes! In the past, before the eyes of Guru Padmasambhava, just as you promised and vowed, so too, accept this torma adorned with flesh and blood, protect the yogi's retinue, avert obstacles and hindrances, and swiftly accomplish the entrusted activities! Mama Hring Mama Hring! Idam Balimta Khakha Khahi! Thus, the torma plate is washed with nectar and offered. Then, the activity of the Horse Dance: The torma plate is placed under Mount Meru, and the enemies, obstructors, and oath-breakers are fiercely summoned and expelled, while the brothers and sisters join hands in a chain. Hum Hrih! In this mandala where compassion tames beings, God who subdues obstacles and oath-breakers, Wrathful King Supreme Horse Glory, Uttering fierce and terrifying sounds, Glorious horse neigh Tze re re, Wrathful dragon roar U ru ru, Joyful horse dance Chem se chem, Grind demons and oath-breakers into dust! Hrih Padmantakrita Hyagriva Hulu Hulu Hum Phat! Yama Dam Sri Satvambhaya Nan! Thus, they are chased away and suppressed. Then, the vajra gathers from the edge of the mandala, Hum! Dharmakaya unborn, free from the limits of elaboration, yet the mandala of compassion manifests completely without mixture, having dispelled all the suffering of beings to be tamed, it returns again to the unborn state of dharmadhatu. Recite the Ali Kali (藏文：ཨཱ་ལི་ཀཱ་ལི་，梵文天城体：अलि कलि，梵文罗马拟音：ali kali，汉语字面意思：阿黎嘎黎) and the Hundred Syllable Mantra to complete it. Wisdom beings depart, Samaya beings return to their own place, Wisdom deity assembly departs to its place.

那巴雷！我等众生具福份，无缘佛土逝去后，祈愿再次以慈悲降临！嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡），阿（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿），吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），穆（藏文：མུ，梵文天城体：मु，梵文罗马拟音：mu，汉语字面意思：穆）！此后进入日常行持： 舍（藏文：ཧྲཱི，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）！自性如幻如水月彩虹，为利有情以慈悲化现身，空性与慈悲之心相结合，恒常行持引导众生之行。 此后发起祈愿： 喇嘛坛城诸尊众，恳请垂念于我等！我于三时所积善，生圆次第修持观，布施等十善所行，果报于此成熟时，愿我与一切有情，证悟真实金刚义！ 此后宣说吉祥： 舍（藏文：ཧྲཱི，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）！成就一切之源泉，至尊上师愿吉祥！引导一切诸有情，密集成就慈悲者，愿吉祥！ 救脱非时死亡者，无量光佛愿吉祥！ 摧毁障碍魔军者，马头金刚之威权，愿吉祥！ 五身智慧现前者，五部如来愿吉祥！ 八聚清净于处所，八大菩萨愿吉祥！ 八境清净于处所，八明母众愿吉祥！ 救脱六道诸痛苦，六能仁者愿吉祥！ 随所应化度众生，千佛如来愿吉祥！ 成就四种事业者，四门守护愿吉祥！ 成就所愿诸希求，誓盟海众愿吉祥！ 如是广说，间或奏乐散花。 此后行持欢喜之会供轮，歌舞等吉祥之事，随力尽兴而享用。 秘密真言之故，结尾不应显露。 其后无论何时何地，不执着于外境显现，六根自在通透，内心不造作，于离目标之状态中，赤裸裸，亮堂堂，无有混浊而清澈，当下解脱，声音不绝，于天身中正直，声音空性，于修持中呜咽，离思维于法身中，寂静。

Napa Leg! May beings like myself be endowed with merit and fortune! Having passed into the realm of the Buddha without specific focus, I pray that you will once again appear with compassion! Om（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）, Ah（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿）, Hum（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）, Mu（藏文：མུ，梵文天城体：मु，梵文罗马拟音：mu，汉语字面意思：穆）! Then, engaging in daily practice: Hrih（藏文：ཧྲཱི，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）! Self-nature like illusion, water moon, and rainbow, For the sake of beings, having arisen as a body of compassion, With the union of emptiness and compassion's heart, May we constantly engage in the conduct of guiding beings! Then, making aspirations: Lama, mandala, assembly of deities, Please consider me entirely! The collection of virtues I have accumulated in the three times, Generation and completion stages, recitation and accomplishment, view, meditation, and conduct, Generosity and the like, whatever ten virtues I have practiced, May the fruit ripen at this time, May I and all beings Realize the true Vajra meaning! Then, proclaiming auspiciousness: Hrih（藏文：ཧྲཱི，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）! Treasure, source of all accomplishments, May the noble Lama be auspicious! Guiding all beings without exception, Secret assembly of compassion, May it be auspicious! Saving from untimely death, Immeasurable Light, May it be auspicious! Destroying obstacles and demonic forces, Power of Hayagriva, May it be auspicious! Five bodies, wisdom Manifested, May the five Victorious Ones be auspicious! Eight aggregates purified into their places, May the eight Bodhisattvas be auspicious! Eight realms purified into their places, May the eight female Bodhisattvas be auspicious! Relieving the suffering of the six realms, May the six Thubpas be auspicious! Taming and guiding beings as appropriate, May the thousand Buddhas be auspicious! Accomplishing the four activities, May the four gatekeepers be auspicious! Accomplishing the desired purpose for whomever, May the ocean of oath-bound ones be auspicious! Thus, speak extensively, and occasionally play music and scatter flowers. Then, perform a joyful feast gathering, And enjoy auspicious songs, dances, and so forth, to one's heart's content. Because of the secrecy of secret mantra, the end should not be revealed. Afterwards, at all times and in all ways, Without attachment to external appearances, may the six senses be free and transparent. Inwardly, may the mind that grasps be uncorrected, in a state free from fixation, naked, clear, without turbidity, clear and bright, released into spontaneous liberation, with unobstructed resonance, upright in the form of a deity, sound resounding in emptiness, wailing in recitation and accomplishment, beyond intellect, silent in the Dharmakaya.
