ཐོག་མར་འཇུག་པའི་ཆོས་རྣམས་ཞུ་བའི་ཡོན་དུ་མཎྜལ་ཕུལ། ཞེས་མཚམས་སྦྱར་ལ་མཎྜལ་འབུལ་གཞུག །མཚམས་སྦྱོར་སྤྱི་ལྟར་བྱས་ལ་མིག་དར་དང་མེ་ཏོག །འབྲུ་ལྔ་དང་འབྲུ་གསུམ་གྱིས་སྦྱིན། ཕྱག་ཐལ་མོ་མེ་ཏོག་བཅས་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་པ་འདིའི་རྗེས་ཟློས་མཛོད། ཧཱུྃ༔ ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཀུན་འདུས་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་འདིར༔ བདག་ཅག་རབ་མོས་འཇུག་ལགས་པས༔ དབང་ཆེན་བླ་མ་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ཀྱང༔ བདག་སོགས་སྨིན་པར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ༔ ཞེས་ལན་གསུམ་ཞུ། བླ་མས་འདི་སྐད་དོ། ཧོ༔ སྔོན་བསགས་ལས་ཅན་བུ་རྣམས་ལ༔ གསང་སྔགས་ཀུན་གྱི་སྒོ་དབྱེ་ཕྱིར༔ ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཀུན་འདུས་ལྷ་ཚོགས་ཀྱི༔ དབང་མཆོག་བཞི་རྫོགས་སྦྱིན་པར་བྱ༔ ཞེས་གནང་བ་སྦྱིན༔ བླ་མ་དང་མདུན་བསྐྱེད་གཉིས་སུ་མེད་པ་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་བདེ་གཤེགས་ཀུན་འདུས་རྩ་གསུམ་རྒྱལ་བ་སྲས་དང་བཀའ་སྡོད་བཅས་པའི་ སྤྱན་སྔར། བདག་གཞན་རིགས་དྲུག་ན་གནས་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་བྱང་ཆུབ་མ་ཐོབ་ཀྱི་བར་དུ་སྐྱབས་སུ་འགྲོ་བའི་འདུན་པས་འདིའི་རྗེས་ཟློས། ཧྲཱི༔ བདག་གཞན་བླ་མེད་རྫོགས་སངས་མ་རྒྱས་བར༔ ཆོས་སྐུ་ལྔ་ལྡན་བླ་མའི་སྐུ་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ༔ ལོངས་སྐུ་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོའི་སྐུ་ལ་སྐྱབས༴ དཔལ་ཆེན་རྟ་མགྲིན་དྲག་པོའི་ལྷ་ལ་སྐྱབས༴ གསང་བ་ཡེ་ཤེས་མཁའ་འགྲོའི་ཚོགས་ལ་སྐྱབས༴ སྤྲུལ་སྐུ་རྒྱལ་སྲས་པདྨའི་སྐུ་ལ་སྐྱབས༴ ཆོས་སྐྱོང་སྲུང་མ་གཏེར་བདག་རྣམས་ལ་སྐྱབས༴ ཆོས་མཛད་མཆེད་ལྕམ་སྒྲུབ་མཛད་རྣམས་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ༔ ལན་གསུམ། མ་གྱུར་ནམ་མཁས་ཁྱབ་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་འཕགས་མཆོག་འཇིག་རྟེན་དབང་ཕྱུག་གི་གོ་འཕང་ལ་བདག་ཁོ་ནས་འགོད་པའི་སླད་དུ་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་བདེ་གཤེགས་ཀུན་འདུས་ཀྱི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གཉན་པོར་ཞུགས་ལ། ལམ་རིམ་པ་གཉིས་རྒྱུད་ལ་བསྟེན་པར་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་པ་འདིའི་རྗེས་ཟློས། བདག་གིས་འདི་བཟུང་འཁོར་བ་མ་སྟོངས་བར༔ རིགས་དྲུག་ཕ་མ་སྡུག་བསྔལ་བསྐྱབ་བྱའི་ཕྱིར༔ ཐེག་མཆོག་འདིར་ཞུགས་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་བསྒྲུབ༔ སྒྲ་དབྱངས་མ་ཎིས་སེམས་ཅན་སྐྱོབ་བྱེད་ཅིང༔ ཚད་མེད་བཞི་ཡིས་ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྨང་བཏིངས་ཏེ༔ སྨོན་འཇུག་གཉིས་ཀྱིས་ལག་ལེན་གནད་སྦྱངས་ནས༔ རིགས་དྲུག་ཕ་མ་སྦྱིན་པ་གསུམ་གྱིས་བསྐྱབ༔ སྐུ་གསུམ་འབྲས་བུ་ཐོབ་པར་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་དོ༔ ལན་གསུམ། དམ་ཚིག་འབོགས་པ་ནི། རྡོ་རྗེ་མགོར་བཞག །བདུད་རྩི་ཁར་སྦྱིན་ལ། ཧཱུྃ༔ གསང་སྔགས་དབང་གི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་འདིར༔ ཞུགས་པའི་བུ་རྣམས་དམ་ཚིག་སྲུངས༔ ཉམས་ན་ན་རཀ་སྡུག་བསྔལ་མྱོང༔

首先，为了请求入门之法，献上曼扎。如此介绍后，开始献曼扎。按照通常的介绍方式，给予眼罩和鲜花，五谷和三谷。双手合掌，拿着鲜花，念诵祈请文，请复诵以下内容： 吽 (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，吽，种子字)！ 慈悲总集之坛城， 我等欢喜欲进入， 具力上师您亦请， 愿令我等得成熟。 如此请求三次。上师如此说道： 吼 (ཧོ，ho，吼，感叹词)！ 为使往昔积业之诸子， 开启一切密咒之门， 慈悲总集诸尊众， 赐予四圆满之胜灌。 如此赐予许可。上师与前生无二无别的大悲观世音，善逝总集，三根本，诸佛菩萨及护法等 尊前。我与他众六道一切有情，直至未得菩提之间，以皈依之心，复诵以下内容： 舍 (ཧྲཱིཿ，hrīḥ，舍，种子字)！ 我与他众直至无上圆满佛， 皈依五身具足之上师身。 皈依报身大悲尊之身。 皈依大威力马头明王之神。 皈依秘密智慧空行之众。 皈依化身国王莲师之身。 皈依护法守护宝藏主等。 皈依行法道友姐妹修持者等。 三遍。 往昔如虚空般遍布之有情众生，为了我独自安置于圣观世音之果位，进入大悲观世音善逝总集之殊胜坛城，生起次第和圆满次第二道融入相续之心，复诵以下内容： 我既受持此，直至轮回未空尽， 为救六道父母诸苦难， 入此胜乘修持大悲尊， 音声嘛呢救度诸有情， 以四无量奠定佛法基， 以愿行二精研实修要， 以三布施救度六道父母， 愿证三身果位而发心。 三遍。 授予誓言： 金刚杵置于头顶，甘露置于口中。 吽 (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，吽，种子字)！ 密咒灌顶之坛城， 入此之诸子守护誓言， 若违犯将受地狱苦。

First, offer a mandala as payment for requesting the Dharma of entry. After introducing it in this way, begin the mandala offering. Make the introduction as usual, and give blindfolds and flowers, five grains and three grains. With palms together and flowers in hand, recite this prayer, please repeat after me: Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，Hum, seed syllable)! In this mandala of the union of all compassion, We joyfully enter, Great powerful Lama, please, Cause us and others to mature. Request this three times. The Lama says this: Ho (ཧོ，ho，Ho, exclamation)! For the sake of the sons who have accumulated karma in the past, To open the door of all secret mantras, The deities of the union of all compassion, Will bestow the supreme empowerment, complete with four aspects. Bestow the permission in this way. In front of the Lama and the Front Generation, who are non-dual, the Great Compassionate Avalokiteśvara, the Sugata Samantabhadra, the Three Roots, the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and the Dharma Protectors, With the intention of taking refuge until all sentient beings in the six realms attain enlightenment, repeat after me: Hrīḥ (ཧྲཱིཿ，hrīḥ，Hrih, seed syllable)! Until I and others attain the unsurpassed perfect Buddhahood, I take refuge in the Lama's body, which possesses the five kāyas. I take refuge in the body of the Sambhogakāya, the Great Compassionate One. I take refuge in the deity of the Great Glorious Wrathful Hayagrīva. I take refuge in the assembly of secret wisdom Ḍākinīs. I take refuge in the body of the Nirmāṇakāya, King Padmasambhava. I take refuge in the Dharma Protectors, Guardians, and Treasure Lords. I take refuge in the Dharma-performing brothers and sisters, and practitioners. Three times. For the sake of establishing all sentient beings, who were once as pervasive as the sky, in the state of the Supreme Noble Lord of the World, I enter the fierce mandala of the Great Compassionate Avalokiteśvara Samantabhadra, and generate the mind to rely on the two stages of the path in my mindstream, repeat after me: From the moment I take hold of this, until samsara is not empty, For the sake of saving the suffering of the six realms of parents, I enter this supreme vehicle and practice the Great Compassionate One, The sound of Maṇi saves sentient beings, With the four immeasurables, I lay the foundation of the Dharma, With aspiration and action, I diligently study the essential practices, With the three kinds of generosity, I save the six realms of parents, I generate the mind to attain the fruit of the three kāyas. Three times. Bestowing the vows: Place the vajra on the head. Give the nectar to the mouth. Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，Hum, seed syllable)! In this mandala of secret mantra empowerment, The sons who enter here, protect the vows, If you break them, you will experience the suffering of hell.
