Homage to the Protector Amitayus! In the degenerate age, there are many obstacles to life, so one should strive for this empowerment of lengthening and increasing life. There are three parts to it: preliminary, main practice, and concluding practice. Preliminary: Draw a mandala on the waxing moon, arrange the outer and inner offerings of the Torma, as well as the ground decorations and sky decorations. In particular, mix longevity dough with spices, and arrange it surrounded by pills like a treasure vase. Attach five-colored silks to the longevity arrow, attach longevity turquoise and longevity gold, and in the longevity wine, place butter pills or honey pills according to the number of Dharma friends, place a measure of longevity barley, especially, fill the longevity vase with the essence of honey, sugar, and rock candy, and place it in the center of the mandala. Cut off the outer and inner boundaries, drive away obstacles and build a stone wall. Main practice: Correct the text of the ritual. In particular, four mantra practitioners with vows, or four monks, should continuously recite the heart mantra. The action vajra begins to perform the ritual. After the invitation is completed, pacify diseases and demons with fire puja, and enjoy the feast. In the meantime, recite and perform Cham dance. In particular, since all the deities reside in the vase, everyone should visualize holding the longevity vase in their right hand and holding the arrow flag in their left hand, and visualize collecting all the life essence of existence and peace, and recite this mantra: Om Ah Hum! Om Mani Padme Hum Hri! Om Vajra Ratna Padma Karma Buddha Ayushe Hum Bhrum! Longevity Bhrum, Turquoise Bhrum, Turquoise Longevity Bhrum! Ayu Jnana Turquoise Longevity Bhrum! Guru Deva Dakini!
