On top of a white cloth, inside a white vase, place clean water and add medicine and grains. Adorn the neck with white silk, seal the opening with a mirror, arrange offerings, and meditate as Avalokiteśvara. From the BHRUM (藏文:བྷྲཱུྃ,梵文天城体:भ्रूं,梵文罗马拟音:bhrūṃ,汉语字面意思:Seed syllable) in the vase, generate the mandala of Avalokiteśvara in the center of an ocean of nectar within a palace. Invite and absorb, bestow empowerment and blessings, offer praise, recite mantras, and pray. The disciple offers a mandala, prays, and confesses sins. The deities in the vase dissolve into nectar, which is poured onto the disciple's crown and given. The nectar pervades the entire body, purifying sins and obscurations. As a sign of empowerment, the disciple is visualized as Avalokiteśvara, and Amitabha blesses and abides on the crown. The inner empowerment is: the disciple is generated as Avalokiteśvara, and OM (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om) is visualized at the forehead, AH (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:Ah) at the throat, and HUM (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) at the heart. Bless the body, speech, and mind. Bestow the transmission of the six-syllable mantra. Infuse the deity's empowerment into the body. The secret empowerment is: in the mirror, mix a little red and white bodhicitta with calamus, add alcohol, and place it on the disciple's tongue, causing him to recognize the bliss-clear awareness that arises in the continuum. The meaning empowerment is: make the disciple recognize that his mind is primordially pure dharmadhatu, and bestow the power of dharma on the mind. The symbolic empowerment is: grant autonomy to self-arising and self-liberating thoughts, and empower as the king of awareness. The representative empowerment is: empower the body as the deity, speech as mantra, and mind as dharmata. Offer gifts to the lama. Second is the longevity practice. The outer longevity practice is: in a secluded place, in front of the image of Avalokiteśvara, in the center of a white mandala, place a white longevity vase filled with a continuous stream of water and the five sets of five substances, adorned with a necklace, white cloth, and branches of fruit-bearing trees. Prepare a longevity torma made from a mixture of white grain flour, three white foods, and three sweets, and arrange offerings and tormas. First, take refuge and generate bodhicitta, and meditate as Avalokiteśvara. From the BHRUM (藏文:བྷྲཱུྃ,梵文天城体:भ्रूं,梵文罗马拟音:bhrūṃ,汉语字面意思:Seed syllable) in the vase, generate Amitayus in the center of an ocean of nectar within a precious palace, on a sun and moon cushion, with a red body, hands in meditative equipoise holding a longevity vase filled with immortal nectar, seated in vajra posture, adorned with marks and signs, in the form of a nirmanakaya. Invite the wisdom being.
