嗡 达雅塔。达吉尼 哈日尼萨。玛玛 阿玉悉地 帕拉 布斯丁 咕噜耶 梭哈。（藏文：ཏདྱ་ཐཱ，梵文天城体：तद्यथा，梵文罗马拟音：tadyathā，汉语字面意思：如是说）。念诵后，摇动箭幡，放在头顶。然后拿起宝瓶，这个宝瓶，外表是珍贵的宝瓶，没有锈迹和黑色，肚子宽大，瓶颈修长，瓶嘴下垂，用天物的丝绸缠绕瓶颈，用如意树装饰瓶口。里面装有五组五种物品，以及八功德水，盛满三分之二，上面是极乐世界的完整景象，如镜中影像般清晰。从无量光佛主尊及其眷属的身像中降下甘露之流，充满宝瓶，从瓶口发出“昂啊ra ra”的声音，流入你们的头顶梵穴。头顶是大乐轮，喉咙是受用轮，心间是法轮，脐间是化身轮，密处是乐空轮。从头顶到脚底，充满智慧甘露。四种障碍消除，获得四种灌顶，观想自己具有显现四身的资格。吽！这是世尊无量光，是极乐世界，放在你的头顶上，愿你得见无量光佛的尊容。嗡 阿 吽 梭哈。（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧྲཱིཿསྭཱ་ཧཱ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hrīḥ svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽梭哈）。嗡 萨瓦 达塔嘎达 阿比谢嘎 德萨玛雅 希利耶 吽。（藏文：ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏཱ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥེ་ཀ་ཏེ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཤྲཱི་ཡེ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ sarva tathāgatā abhiṣeka te samaya śrī ye hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，一切如来，灌顶，誓言，吉祥，吽）。宝瓶置于顶，倾注宝瓶水。然后拿起身像，这样说道。现在这个身像，是世尊无量光佛真实显现的，从额头、喉咙、心间、脐间、密处五处，放射出无量光佛的白色、红色、蓝色、黄色、绿色的光芒，这些光芒化为小小的身像，肢体完整。融入你们的五个部位，观想获得五身五智的灌顶。吽！这是世尊无量光，放在你的头顶上，愿你往生极乐世界后，也能得见无量光佛的尊容。嗡 阿弥爹瓦 舍 班杂 嘎雅 阿比辛恰 吽。（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨ་མི་དྷེ་ཝ་ཧྲཱིཿཔཉྩ་ཀཱ་ཡ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ amīdeva hrīḥ pañca kāya abhiṣiñca hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡 阿弥陀佛 舍 五身 灌顶 吽）。然后拿起食子，这个食子，是供养世尊无量光佛，周围环绕着无数的佛和菩萨，如云般聚集，降临在你的头顶。化为光芒，缓缓融入你，因此获得身语意的灌顶和加持。

Oṃ Tadyathā. Ḍākinī Harinisa. Mama Ayuḥsiddhi Phala Puṣṭiṃ Kuru Ye Svāhā. Recite this, wave the arrow banner, and place it on the head. Then take the vase in your hand. This vase is a precious vase on the outside, without rust or blackness, with a wide belly, a long neck, a drooping spout, its neck wrapped in divine silk, and its mouth adorned with a wish-fulfilling tree. Inside, it is filled with five sets of five substances and two-thirds full of water with eight qualities, on top of which is the complete pure land of Sukhavati, as clear as a reflection in a mirror. From the bodies of Amitabha, the main deity and his retinue, a stream of nectar flows, filling the vase. From the spout, the sound "Ang ah ra ra" flows, entering the crown aperture of your heads. The crown is the wheel of great bliss, the throat is the wheel of enjoyment, the heart is the wheel of dharma, the navel is the wheel of emanation, and the secret place is the wheel of bliss and emptiness. From the crown down to the soles of the feet, it is filled with the nectar of wisdom. The four obscurations are purified, the four empowerments are received, and contemplate that you have the fortune to manifest the four kayas. Hūṃ! This is the Bhagavan Amitabha, the pure land of Sukhavati. By placing it on your head, may you see the face of Amitabha. Oṃ Āḥ Hrīḥ Svāhā. Oṃ Sarva Tathāgatā Abhiṣeka Te Samaya Śrī Ye Hūṃ. Place the vase on the head and pour the vase water. Then take the statue in your hand. Speak these words: Now, this statue is the actual manifestation of the Bhagavan Amitabha. From the five places of the forehead, throat, heart, navel, and secret place, emanate the white, red, blue, yellow, and green lights of Amitabha, which transform into small bodies with complete limbs. By dissolving into your five places, contemplate that you have received the empowerment of the five kayas and five wisdoms. Hūṃ! This is the Bhagavan Amitabha. By placing it on your crown, may you be born in the pure land of great bliss and see the face of Amitabha. Oṃ Amideva Hrīḥ Pañca Kāya Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ. Then take the torma in your hand. This torma is offered to the Bhagavan Amitabha, surrounded by countless Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, gathered like a cloud, descending upon your head. It dissolves into light and slowly merges into you, thus receiving the empowerment and blessings of body, speech, and mind.

愿得加持！修持寿命、福德和智慧增长广大。吽 (藏文，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)！此乃薄伽梵无量光，佛陀菩萨眷属围绕，置于汝之顶门上，于极乐刹土生之后，愿见无量光佛之容颜！少则将朵玛置于头上，多则先念诵一遍，然后师徒众人唱诵赫利 (藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：赫利) 长音并绕行。薄伽梵如来应供正等觉，明行足，善逝，世间解，调御丈夫，无上士，天人师，佛薄伽梵无量光，寿命无量，光明无边，以寿命、福德和光辉无量加持之！父亲转轮圣王善妙殊胜加持之！母亲具光辉者加持之！妃子王族善护母加持之！王子月光加持之！侍者美妙无垢者加持之！具智慧之殊胜善妙顶髻加持之！具神变和精进之殊胜大庄严加持之！眷属之主菩萨观世音和大势至等百千俱胝无量加持之！声闻六万等僧众无量加持之！莲花光芒中化现之佛陀百千俱胝无量加持之！每日从十方而来的佛陀无量加持之！未来佛光明普照之吉祥积王加持之！ 如来极稳固功德宝积王加持之！加持寿命增长！加持福德广大！加持疾病平息！加持解脱邪魔！加持罪障平息！加持临终得见化身佛无量光！

May blessings be received! Meditate on the increase and expansion of life, merit, and wisdom. Hūṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ)! This is the Bhagavan Amitabha, surrounded by a retinue of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. By placing it on the crown of your head, may you be born in the Sukhavati realm and see the face of Amitabha! If there are few, place the torma on the head. If there are many, first recite it once, and then the teachers and students should chant the long sound of Hrīḥ (藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Hrīḥ) and circumambulate. Bhagavan Tathagata Arhat Samyaksambuddha, perfect in knowledge and conduct, Sugata, Knower of the World, Tamer of Beings, Charioteer, Supreme, Teacher of Gods and Humans, Buddha Bhagavan Amitabha, immeasurable life, boundless light, bless with immeasurable life, merit, and glory! May the father, the supreme Chakravartin King, the Excellent One, bless! May the mother, the Glorious One, bless! May the queen, the Royal Lineage, the Good Protector Mother, bless! May the prince, Moonlight, bless! May the attendant, the Beautiful and Immaculate One, bless! May the supreme, wise, and excellent crest bless! May the supreme, miraculous, and diligent Great Adornment bless! May the chief of the retinue, the Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara and Mahasthamaprapta, and so on, bless countless billions of kotis! May the Shravakas, sixty thousand and so on, bless countless Sanghas! May the Buddhas who emanate from the lotus rays bless countless billions of kotis!
