Within the red moon disc from Bhrūṃ, Visualize any of the peaceful or wrathful Lords of Life, or the four deities of the bell practice completely. With recitation, radiate and gather rays of light. Wave the arrow banner, gathering the essence of life. Bhrūṃ. From the palace of the moon disc of life, Inspire the oath of the supreme immortal deity. If life diminishes from the realm of mind, gather the essence from the realm of space, likewise, grant the life of the lineage. If life diminishes from the realm of blood, gather the essence from the realm of water, grant the life of the Vajra lineage. If life diminishes from the realm of flesh, gather the essence from the realm of earth, grant the life of the Ratna lineage. If life diminishes from the realm of warmth, gather the essence from the realm of fire, grant the life of the Padma lineage. If life diminishes from the realm of breath, gather the essence from the realm of wind, grant the life of the Karma lineage. Invoking life, gathering the essence of life from samsara and nirvana. Think of it swirling into a drop of nectar. Then take the accomplishment of life. Hūṃ Hrīḥ. The root guru, the sole father Amitāyus, his supreme mother, the goddess Caṇḍālī, the supreme son of his heart, the noble Avalokiteśvara, together with the messenger of command, Hayagrīva and Garuḍa, I supplicate the deities of life, the three roots. Bless me to avert untimely death. Grant the empowerment of life, free from birth, death, aging, and decline. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Hrīḥ Kroṃ Āyurjñāna Tse Bhrūṃ Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ. Think of the assembly of the Lords of Life dissolving into oneself. Touch the three places with the Life Garland, think of the accomplishment as essence and enjoy it. By that, the vajra life will be accomplished. Samaya. From the three subsequent stages, the feast offering: Transform whatever food and drink is available into nectar. Hūṃ Hrīḥ. Originally abiding as the five nectars, the wondrous and excellent objects of desire, the samaya substances of the play of method and wisdom, enjoy them as the adornment of bodhicitta. Gaṇa Cakra Pūja Ho. Offer with the best and bestow with the leftovers. Hūṃ Hrīḥ. Destroying the obstacles of the gathering of the assembly, expanding the secret teachings, these command-followers, the clouds of bodhicitta, enjoy this great bliss and enjoyment, the stainless wisdom activity.

From the realm of the essence of bodhicitta, spread and gather everything. Gather everything into the realm of clear light, arise from great bliss, without change. Om ah hum. Dedicate prayers and auspicious words, complete to the end. Hum hrih. In the mandala of bodhicitta, spontaneously accomplished without change. Having attained the state of immortal vajra, may it be the glory of all beings. Hum hrih. Immutable vajra body, unceasing vajra speech, unerring vajra mind, may the auspiciousness of immortal vajra prevail. Namo hum. Saying this, remain in the state of contemplation. This is the catalog of the longevity accomplishment transmission. Samaya. The complete stage with characteristics is as follows: First, rely on the clear appearance of the deity, then purify the wind in the vase breath. There are three stages of actual practice. The longevity accomplishment of one's own body as a means is: the aggregates and elements are purified as the father deity, the central channel remains as the life tree. The upper end is the white Om of the father deity, the lower end is the red Am of the mother deity. Open the vulva with a smile, ignite it with wind. By the fire of Am, the Om melts, the central channel is filled with white and red bodhicitta. Above and below are marked with half vajras. Think of accomplishing the immutable vajra life, and remain equally in the state of bliss and emptiness. Samaya. To rely on the mother of another body: a consort with a pure lineage, contemplate as the body of Chandali. In the center of the four petals of the secret lotus, meditate and combine equally with the letter Am. With the rays of great desire, gather the pure essence of samsara and nirvana into Am. Draw that from the vajra path and instill it into the Om in your heart. Remain equally in the state of bliss and emptiness. Samaya. To propagate the lineage by relying on the son: In your heart, the son resides, radiate the second nature of the bindu.
