I prostrate to the Great Bliss Immutable Body. I, like Padmasambhava, know the endless longevity accomplishment instructions. The essence that is easy for everyone to hold is the effortless wind-mind practice of the Inner Practice of the Longevity Lord Father, Mother, and Son Three Deities. Practice through the preliminary, main, and subsequent stages. Samaya. Preliminary: Reside in a secluded place. At dawn, straighten your body posture, expel stale air, and focus your awareness. Take refuge in the Three Jewels, generate the supreme Bodhicitta for the benefit of beings. Accumulate merit by performing the seven branches, purify obscurations with the common mandala offering. Single-pointedly meditate on Guru Yoga, in the space in front of you, in the expanse of five lights, Guru Padmasambhava Amitayus, Father and Mother blazing with great bliss splendor. Contemplate them vividly present, generate devotion and faith.
